HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991
Hideous lettering
I think that car did not sell due to the hideous lettering, 3 owners and dent. Would make a nice car an easy to fix those things. Woner what the reserve was
Is the market softening on 991.1s? I've noticed a number of 991.1 coupes on BAT not selling due to not hitting the reserve. As examples:

There were 2 others with nearly identical options and low miles but black color and neither were sold. Is it a trend..

I agree. the letters on the back look pretty off the mark for a Porsche. I'm considering selling mine but identifying the true market price is a challenge now. I see quite a few on line at very high prices and they seem to be sitting for a while. Maybe sales will increase in the Spring.

I'm seeing quite a few 991's sitting on dealer sites with strong asking prices. Dealers tend to be more patient than individual sellers and can sit on their inventory longer. I'm not sure if the market is softening ever so slightly from the crazy highs we saw last year, or it's just the winter lull coupled with some Wall Street jitters. I'm sure things will pick up again as we move into Spring.
In general, I think it's still a good time to sell. The challenge for someone like myself who has a 997.1 C2S is that anything I'd be interested in moving up to (a highly optioned 991.1 C2S or GTS) is also commanding a premium. I'll likely keep my 997 for a couple more years before I consider anything else due to the current market.
No, but thanks and I will. I was a 2014 c4s MT:
This car is not yet listed, but for anyone hunting:
Porsche Bend Oregon has a very nice CPO 991 C4s manual - I had right of first refusal but I grabbed a different car locally so I'm letting it go.

DME report's all good.
I had it at $89,xxx.

Hasn't been anything listed on HFS lately. I don't know what the end price will be since it's an auction, but I know there has been a lot of interest of late for Carrera's with GT3 bodywork.
2013 Carrera S, manual, black on black, MANUAL TRANSMISSION, 29.5K miles, clean carfax with three owners.

These news are not going to help getting 991 prices down, either:

seems reasonably priced for an "S", CPO, pretty well optioned.

Curious what it would have sold for without all the GT3 bits. If those parts are OEM then that looks like $15k right there. Older car, but low miles, manual.
If they had the stock bumpers it probably would have made more sense to return to stock and sell off the GT3 bits.

WP0AB2A9XDS120275 looks like from a web search it has a flood damage salvage title. I see it's for sale again, and says the title is clean.
