There are several 991's out there I've tracked that aren't moving. Hopefully a sign that the market is cooling. Unfortunately I don't think Porsche is sending any more of its production stateside anytime soon. Asia is just too profitable. So prices probably sustain these levels.

My local dealer, which in prior, normal years would have around 5 911S of any vintage in stock, currently has 21. Definitely seems to be more inventory out there now.

I think it's dealers being greedy - trying to buy up everything they can to sell at outrageous prices. A base 991.1 in not a particularly great spec for $90k - wtf.
Agreed, I think Marshall Goldman had a medium spec 991.1 C4S cab for $130k. It's fine... they'll sit on the lot until they lower the price or goes to auction.

Here is another that is straining credulity regarding price... Lime Gold 2012 CS. That's always a controversial color of course, though (personal preference) I think it looks great in these photos.
Only 13k miles, and $53k in options, but asking $125k.

i bet the dealer required the new money that ordered that to pay in full before submitting the order. those color choices are... ...unique.

I called and asked about the T they just listed…within 10 seconds - “there’s an error on the website - we’re not certifying it.” What crap. Bye.
