HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991
Okay, so I'm hesitant to post this because there's a non-zero chance I try to get this car even though it's $10k above by budget, but it's the very definition of "fully loaded."

Can someone confirm for me that his price isn't that insane, even in this crazy market, for a 24k-mile loaded C4S with PCCB, Burmester, Natural Leather and 18-way seats? What's the long term value of these rare-in-combination options?
What would this kind of car sell for before the last year+ of price spikes?
Maybe this BaT result should tell me to run to this guy with my money - https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...-911-4s-991-1/

But it’s a very nice spec, I have something similar but with SPASM and because of my preference for NA there’s nothing else for me in a 2+2. I don’t see the value of carbon ceramics on this car, cool as they are.

@grigory — It is my understanding that over revs in 4 will not void existing CPO warranty. Just prevent a dealership issuing a CPO warranty for a car that is being sold (with some known exceptions that have been approved for CPO with over revs in 4).
I thought it was hours elapsed since occurrence but I stand corrected. But then, on the flip side, you would want more hours to have elapsed from the event to rule out issues.
I'm a little confused regarding your CPO question. You said the car was just CPOed within the last 1500 miles. Porsche would have been aware of the over-revs at that time but still CPOed it, right?

I contacted the dealer that did a CPO and they said the the car DID have those over revs (including range 4) when they were doing CPO (I initially was thinking that over revs happened after the car was CPOd). They said they followed some procedures (including running the car on idle for some time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ) and it did pass Porsche CPO requirements. This makes things better from perspective that it means CPO should not be voided. However I'm still on the fence..
From one perspective, the option list is really nice (and almost exactly what I was looking for: MT, Sport Chrono, BOSE, All-leather Interior, 4WD - wide body, Sport Exhaust, PASM; it even has a rare Sport Design package - though I would not say that I'm a fan of ducktail; another nit - it has red carpet - I would like black carpet in case of a two-tone red interior). It also passed CPO inspection and only has 12k miles.
From another perspective, this range 4 DME values will always stay with the car and will always be a potential problem on reselling..
What do folks think here?

+2,500 for the options
-15,000 for the color combo
-1,500 for the six (!) bumper plugs
= offer 78-80K
That car has been on the market for 1-2 months+ and he'll eventually get there I think. Or put it on BAT. Seeing as that latest result is $101K inclusive of buyer's fee for a PDK Gray C4S w/ 18k miles.. WOW!

I spoke the guy, he's a retired car dealer with a long history of buying/selling P-cars. Claims he knows there are only 18 991.1 C4S for sale in the country (I know it's low, but not that low). Barely drove it so I'm thinking he bought it on speculation and now it's time to profit. Claims he's getting calls now that he lowered it below $90k.
Funny thing is I love the color combo but I think you're reflecting a wider opinion that silver-on-brown isn't going to be easy to resell in the future if I need to unload the car (which I hope to never do).
My other target is Agate on black/Platinum with more miles and fewer options but well within budget and extremely well-kept. My wife keeps telling me to wait for the perfect car but this market keeps telling me to grab what I can. Of course it figures that I can finally get my dream car in the midst of massive surge in pricing and glut in supply.

unfortunately, there is nothing to buy in 991.1 or .2 that is reasonable anymore. I am in same position and already gave up looking due to price insanity
Thread experts; rough value on a 2018 991.2 GTS PDK; 20K miles, 154K MSRP. 9/10 int/ext. CPO to 8/24. Only mod is Suntek over the whole nose. Servicing dealer keeps bugging me to sell it to them but i think they are lowballing. Quick search of PCNA site shows average 120-135 for similar cars. Build attached.
