HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991

Yeah, at this point it looks like I'll be keeping my money and they'll be keeping the car. Ah, well.
One thing of note is that the Carfax shows it as entering dealer inventory on June 24th, 7 weeks ago. So the stuff the salesman was feeding me about being "not sure" if the car would be there in 10 days was so much wishful thinking on his part.

I have a feeling that car is going to sit for quite a while. It isn't cheap, most folks don't want a yellow car, and manuals are harder to sell (especially in a convertible).

For my wife, yeah. She's dead set on both manual and yellow. She doesn't care about the rest, she'd probably be fine with a base. I was a bit psyched because it was a manual GTS convertible.
She's now against this because she likes her Cayman, doesn't like the yellow instrument dials, and doesn't like the look of the alcantara seats or the carbon fiber trim.

Here's a loaded 2014 C4S for sale you can find on the PCA Mart, with low miles, X51, PDCC, Burmeister, LED, etc. Manual tranny too! He is in Dawsonville GA, looking for best offer, but asking $115k
I am currently a serious buyer for something in this class/category but that sounds pricey.

At $115k, well, you are competing against some very well equipped (and perhaps similarly equipped) GTS's out there.

MSRP sounds about right. My C4S is $138k without the X51, Burmeister, and leather every where.
Leather air vents though? I would consider that a deduct since the glue tends to peel after time due to the condensation.
I've seen crazy builds like that on turbos but for a C4S... that's insane.
imo $105k including fresh CPO would sound a little better.
