HOT FOR SALE: Pick of the Week 991
Burning Brakes
Here's a 2016 GTS with 47K miles for $81K.
It states there were two previous owners and not accident damage. IF that's all true, it seems like a decent buy.

Reasonably priced turbo, looks like repaired front end damage from the Carfax - is there any way to tell how much from the report?
Anyone know of this car? Love the color!

2015 S with Sports Design
Slick Top PDK, 25k $78k.
Just saw this on craigslist Bay Area, seems like a great deal given the low miles. No affiliation, but ad states 2014 S 16k miles, full leather, sport chrono, sport exhaust, and PDK. Silver with full red interior.

I'd be surprised if that car didn't have a story, build sheet is $136k, nice build. Definitely worth more than $69k, I would think even a dealer would pay out more than that on trade in for a clean car.
No mention of carfax in the description... Possibly has been in accidents? Otherwise it's a steal for someone looking for a PDK 991.1 C2S

I've been interested in a 991.2 for a while, which has dragged on due to my odd proclivity for agate gray. This car popped up recently: https://www.porschebethesda.com/cert...09459ff439.htm
I can't shake the feeling that it's still over-priced for a 2? owner 2017 car, but nationwide inventory seems to have gradually dwindled over the last 6 months, and prices seem to have crept up. Thoughts?

I bought my car right before prices seemed to creep up and I paid $80K for a C2 with an original MSRP of $110K. It had 26K miles on it.
This car has an MSRP of $128K, so $18K higher than mine, plus it's an S plus it only has 10K miles on it. I don't think this is out of line at all.
Back in February, I looked at a 2015 C2S with only 8K miles on it. The dealer sold it quickly for $95K!

having just bought a 17 base CPO with a negotiated price that just eeked down into the 7xxxxx's, I offered 75k and which was unceremoniously rejected. This seems like a reasonable price to me because prices have ticked up this year. Ultimately, for me, getting the color, gearbox, interior combination was worth increasing my offer. Sometimes you have to pay a little more to get your preferences, when you do, you'll always be glad you did and didn't settle over a couple grand.

I feel like used inventory is even lower now than it was 2 months ago. I have been on a hunt for a black / black .1 c2s 7mt. I have only seen 2 pop up both sold 2 days within listing. Both cars were out of state for me. Even PDK cars not many out there.
