Correct. In fact, none of the 2012 MY do, and I believe some of the early 2013 do not. If shopping a 2013, confirm the feature is present before buying.

Default correct

It came late in 2013 early 2014. I did not want the option because you can not turn it off but it can be easily added. the 992 has it but it can be turned off if you want direct throttle control.

Does SC add rev matching even in sport mode? I thought it was only in 'sport plus' on the 991.1

What makes you say that? It is not active in normal or sport modes, only sport-plus. So to disable, you would drive in normal or sport modes. How can it be easily added to a car not equipped with it from the factory? I have not heard of that.

Nope, you are correct. Rev matching only in sport-plus.

and if you dont want it in sport plus, just turn traction control off which also disables rev matching

Every now and then I do a quick search. Found this one came up. Interesting build for sure with an MSRP $118,070 and asking $78,993

What does "meticulous run-in" mean in that ad? Never heard that one before.

Sport chrono doesn't do anything on a manual that you can't do with your foot.
With PDK it is needed, it can do stuff you can't do, but not on M7.

They are trying to say it was broken in as per the manual. in a meticulous way.

LOL, i thought that was it, but that ad and the pics do not do the car justice. Some of these ads you look at are just not well prepared. BOT does a nice job with offering the professional photographer option. You pay for it, but 2 or 3 hundred bucks is worth it on a car over 50k in my mind.
