991 pricing is out of control right now

For our newly minted 911 millionaires, don't forget to increase your insurance coverage in line with market realities, before you get rear ended by a milkshake suckin' youth, instantly ending your hopes of a windfall sale and early retirement...

I love rainbow sparkles and peaceful protest.

ha! Totally get this, and I would too.
But just for the avoidance of doubt, and as I’ve said a few times, I am not selling. I spent a lot of time trying to find my 911 two years ago, and I think I struck gold without fully realizing it.
Today, I just appreciate it even more. It puts a stupid grin on my face every time I turn the key, and I *still* turn back and look at it after I’ve parked up.

Have you checked Carvana? They are being extremely generous with their buy offers, curious how much it'd differ from Carfax... my GS-F has gone up $6K with them over the past 4mo give or take.

I just increased my policy to 115k on the 911 and the overall rate went down $85 bucks, go figure.
Hanover Insurance for those that are curious and not offended...

For fellow Canadians this one actually seems reasonable? If my deposit on my 992 was refundable I would have cancelled and bought this one.

2017 cpo Carrera s manual, 17k km $115k Canadian. Sport Chrono, sport exhaust, sport package, sunroof and Bose and a few other minor options. MSRP was $144k Canadian. 1 owner no accident.
For reference I was looking at a 2016 c4 with 35k km and fewer options, no warranty and it sold for $112k

To a reasonable person, the delineation about what's appropriate to talk about in a car forum shouldn't be about "inflation", it's about blame. As soon as someone tries to blame the current or former administration about why they can't find a 911 for under MSRP, the posts will probably and should be removed.
How many "reasonable" people do we have still posting in here though?
