I have a 2012.5 S, white on black, PDK, with sport Chrono, PSE, PASM, 18 way seats, BOSE, etc with an original MSRP of 122xxx. Mileage at 33xxx with 3.5 years, 50k miles left on Fidelity warranty.

As much as I adore my 911, I'll cut someone a better deal if these are the going rates.....

Unbelievable....

2018 GT3, MT, 3k miles, "loaded". Car was sold and serviced in Manhattan. Auction car. Buy now $229K at local dealer.

My personal investment policy: buy high, sell low.

Default Trucks are NUTS too.

It is crazy in the 991 market, but what is going on in the truck market? I have been casually looking around for a few year old truck. (Its hard to get the rototiller in the 993 or the 991.2).

Find a 5 year old truck for under 25....two year old Tacoma's are listed for more than a new one.....its crazy.

There is a nice 2014 FJ Cruiser down the street for 47K??????? With 99k miles.

That is bonkers

I'm on, and have been on the Tundra side of things. It's insanity. I USED to be able to easily get 7-10k off MSRP on a new Platinum.. Yeah, not anymore.

Who wants to hear bad news? I sold my 991.2 GTS at THE WORST possible time. February 2020. Didn't have to sell. Didn't need to sell. I got caught up the in panic and the "GREAT DEPRESSION IS COMING" crap and sold as a precaution.. Literally costed myself 30-40k by pulling that move. Carmax, Manheim, the flipping dealer, and the next buyer all made a killing off my expense. Lesson learned. Don't believe the fake news.

I don't even want to post the price I sold it for. It was low. Very, very, very, very low.

don’t worry about it too much. No one can time the “market” and sometimes this happens. I know some very informed people who make a living out of handling other people’s money and you would be surprised how often they get things wrong.
You were just being cautious and responsible. Live to fight another day.
Do you know how many people sold their 964s not long ago for mere $30-$40k, and these were old school Porsche people with experience.
It happens.

Dealer near me is asking $179k for a 991.2 GTS with 19k miles. Orig sticker was $171k. Crazy!

Friend of mine has a Ford Raptor. Bought it new. Now is 2 years old, 12k miles. Dealer just offered him $500 more than his original purchase price.
