Stop Sale Campaign on 911 with Sport Chrono?

If this 'Stop Sale' is true then it has to be due to some government regulation like emissions or some safety defects, In that case we should have received recall notices by now. Active engine mounts is not such a big problem and an easy fix, Porsche is too happy to re-sell cars with IMS issues that literally cause engines to blow up.
Possibly related to this?

A Porsche spokesperson said in a statement that there is "no evidence" that any models currently in production are affected, and that those under scrutiny were developed years ago. Bild reported that engines developed between 2008 and 2013, including those in the Panamera and 911, were the focus of the investigation but did not cite the source of that information.

Ugh, I hope this isn't true. I'm supposed to be flying tomorrow morning to pick up a 2016 C4S and drive it back home. Finally pulled the trigger to get back in after 16 years. If some force majeure BS like this stopped the deal, that would be so 2020.

Ive heard of 3 stories of pasm failing out of 50k cars (its guess on total .1 production sure im wrong). 2 of the 3 admitted track work. I know its the internet but there is no proof of a systemic issue like with door cards. Also, the failures could be related to people skipping the 6 year maintenance replacement of pdcc bottle. It cost $600 at an indy, I imagine a dealer would charge 6k.
This sounds absurd. "Dealership you must stop the resale of a used car that we sold new due to a problem caused by us and there are no details"
So what is different about SC cars?
1. Clock on dash <- probably not this
2. Sport Plus button <- probably not this
3. Active engine mounts that have a terrible reputation of failing <- hmmm

PDCC <- Hydraulic control of sway bars
Active Mounts <- Electronic actuation of a self contained fluid system within an engine mount
Active Mount failures have nothing to do with PASM or PDCC.
PDCC service on my car was about $750 at the dealer

So disappointing. I called a dealer today about them potentially buying and CPOing a car I'm looking at from a non-porsche dealer, and after I told him it was a '14 with sports chrono, he told me about he stop sale recall. Said they got word four days ago.

what did they say exactly? I’m very curious as to what the issue actually is and affecting which model year cars?

Well ****...Just went to look at a Carrera T (with Sport Chrono) albeit at a Jag/LR dealer. I wonder if the third party dealers get the same thing.
What about 718 with SC? Macans? Anything?

Timing seems off but I received a letter in September for 2 recalls on my 991.1S w sport chrono. First was to install an extra heat shield over the center muffler as apparently some cars have experienced a fire. Second was emissions related. Think it was software only but can’t be sure as I didn’t ask too many questions about. Work as quick, about 3/4 day at the dealer.
