Totally need to join in on these conversations and reading through makes me want to keep my 991.2T more and more (toying with selling). Posting a pic here just to join the conversation. Upgraded the brakes to the sacrilege GTS/S brakes, Soul Cats, and a few other tweaks that come from the detailed eye of T ownership.

where did you get the scale model T - been looking for one ?
Really jealous, that interior itself is worth the extra cost over a base. If you look at Porsche's website now for the 992, brand new the price difference is only about $10k more than the base. And aside from that interior, I recall seeing that the T also includes limited slip diff and then it looks like aero front bumper.
You’d have to also add full leather with the Carrera T interior package to it.

Tim, your 991.2 T what wheels are those? I know Carrera S but are they 20s in front and 21s rear. They look bigger than usual and maybe its the camera angle and do you also have spacers on them to push out further. Something about that set up makes your car look like a wide body. Looks great
Did about 160 kms today. Early start to a car show at the top of Cypress, one of our local ski mountains. LOTS of cool cars and a nice drive. I have a problem though….my next drive the car will likely have a catastrophic failure and/or spontaneously explode. You can see why in the last picture:

I too love the way 991.2s fitted with the Sport PASM "sit". Must be the camera angle as the wheels are the T-standard 20" Carrera S wheels in Titanium Grey without spacers.
