Love the V’s and sort of shopping for one now for my wife. She likes the Panamera e-Hybrid and the CT5-V but I am trying to push her towards the Caddy. I think these will be in constant high demand and hard to beat the theatrics of the LS4 engine. The V3 cars barely depreciate and the new blackwing seems to be a nice step up. As cool as it would be to have a husband wife Porsche garage, I think the blackwing V is on another level.
^^^ I ran a new 2017 Panamera 4 for a year and loved it!! A fantastic exec four-seater saloon/sedan! I just had to swap it for my T though, as I missed being in a 911 too much!
Absolutely list here on RL, but, I don't agree with Pcarmarket. That's where you go to get a "better" deal as a buyer, but as a seller, you'll get way more visibility and thus traffic, on BAT. But, that's just my opinion.....
Has any member of the T Army gone with the FVD tune? When talking with my PCar dealership this is their highest recommendation but from what I gather it seems rarely used. I was dead set on APR since they’re relatively local here in Alabama but the dealer comment got me researching again. The only thing posted I could find was this:

I am interested in the anti-APR comment... since I am wanting to go that route... (As mentioned previously... I am more interested in the Stage 3 turbos.. but would likely 'tune down' the 'tune' to 'only' ~450hp... similar to the GTS... to not overburden the 3.0 engine.)
The perspective was how aggressively programmed APR and others are tuned. Those tuners use the full capacity (hp/tq) of the motor reducing longevity. Now that is coming from the dealer and warranty perspective not a true programming technician. Apparently FVD is less aggressive with special attention to engine longevity (ie safety features). Somehow I think most highly regarded tuners (APR, COBB, Litchfield) also do research into this but it’s an interesting perspective…then again this same engine is capable of 450 hp with different turbos from Porsche stock. I haven’t found anyone in this camp that has used FVD though. The dealer has stated (without providing me proven data) that they are getting more and more vehicles with issues that are tuned and they most likely won’t cover them or at least it’s an uphill battle for the owner. However they haven’t seen any issues with FVD thus far.
New to the T family and all I can say is wow this car is awesome!
Ive owned a 2017 GTS, 1990 964, 2019 GT3RS. From owning all these cars and being around all the others the T really spoke to me as the perfect spec. Long story short the GTS is pretty amazing but with a PDK makes it to effortless. The GT3RS is basically the same just way more rowdy but as a street car is just way to much and not necessary, if I did more track than that is the car for sure. After selling the GT3RS due to the prices going crazy I figured why not cash out and take advantage of the market for that car so I did. Now I was set on locating a T. I posted on a Facebook page that I was looking for a T and had a few people reach out. One of those cars was exactly what I was looking for so I pulled the trigger. I booked a plane ticket from OC to the Bay Area and met up with the owner ( great guy and original owner) and picked up this car in perfect shape (only flaw as a tiny rock chip in the front bumper) Well the drive home was the longer route down the 101 with some fun back country roads. I could have just shot down the boring 5 and got home in about 5 hours but instead took 8 hours enjoying this new car.
All I can say is if you own a T you know what you have. Yes they start as a base car but there really isn't anything base about these. They have plenty of power and paired with a manual there is plenty to do behind the wheel.

Beautiful car and congrats! My only questions are, what if you had the GTS with MT, would you have still had the same opinion of the GTS? Meaning would you have still moved on the to the GT3RS? Do you now consider the T to be your preference over a GTS MT (if you imagine for a moment that you had it to begin with that is).
I think it is the feel you get in the T. It's to me a modern day RS America. Something about the spirit of the car that you feel. Door pulls, Carbon buckets, the noise etc. Now if the T had the bigger Turbos, the shorter gearing etc that would be amazing. As for the GTS with the MT it is rad for sure but the whole experience is just different. As for moving on to the RS that was more of a grass is greener thing. You have envy every time you see that fancy car but driving it on the street is just not that exciting because by the time you get it to an exciting spot you need to back down or go to jail. lol
