That's cheap!!! Are you sure they did the engine filter and not just the pollen filters?
As you can see with BA73's car, everything has to come off just to get to the engine filter. The labor alone is usually $400 at the dealership.

I changed my air filter thinking the process would be similar to my .1 … boy was I wrong!
I got it done, but the .2 air filter change is significantly more involved than a .1 air filter change.

I’m too afraid of leaving air in the brake lines to try to flush them myself.
However, I thought I might take on changing the engine air filter myself. But then I saw a YouTube video about how to do it and I realized why the dealership charges $500 for it: back end off, Y-pipes off, all sort of cables and tubes to disconnect, yeeeeesh!

I would say offer $104k, PDK is great but the cars typically selling above $110k are the manuals. Good luck in negotiations!
