@Iamacan 's estimates look spot on to me after having shopped this car for the better part of 6 months.

I'd sell mine (18ways, RAS) if I could get a GT3 allocation.

LOL. I wish. They almost laughed at me when I even asked about it.
Full details on my car are: GT Silver, 18way w/ silver Carrera T package, Bose, RAS, Sport Chrono Clock in red (Sport Chrono is standard on T but clock is not).
I probably will sell either way in 2 years. Don't like keeping it out of warranty.

Burning Brakes
I’d prefer the T over an S for the gearing and the seemingly lack of turbo lag, and if I wanted I could have splurged on the low weight glass to create something unique. As much as the 918 seats are cool and it’s cool to eliminate the rear seats, those seats aren’t very accommodating and one reason my GT4 belongs to someone else now. The S main advantage is braking. Don’t be fooled to think the standard T brakes are great. Those are the same brakes as in our 992 and they are not in the same league. A T with PCCB would be preferred. Every time my wife drives our PCCB 991 and then gets back in her 992 she complains of the brakes. Personally I dislike sunroofs, especially ones where it doesn’t disappear into the roof, so I wouldn’t opt for that in any car. Not to mention the weight and the noise they can make. Thankfully whomever spec’d our high spec 50th Anniversary did so without the sunroof.

Yep. I'm a big fan of the 18 ways in Sport Tex. Most comfortable and supportive seats I've come across. Might have went with buckets if I didn't need the rear seats, but not disappointed at all with the 18 ways, and I don't think they will detract from resale value on an otherwise perfectly spec'd T - in the unlikely event that I would ever sell it.

For those of you looking, I just took in on consignment a Lava Orange T that IMO is an almost perfect build -- LWB's, no sunroof, 7 speed manual, chrono pkg, alcantra GT steering wheel, alcantra sunvisors, Burmeister, and a few other options ---125k sticker. Car is a one owner located in Charlotte, NC with 2200 miles and will be listed at 97.9k. Once I get a chance to get some good photos I will throw an ad up in the marketplace.

Sadly I'm having some health issues which are making me consider selling the T. If anyone local is looking for a black Carrera T I might have a car for you. The car has 4050 miles. Oil changed with Motul at 1200 miles. No track, zero revs in any range. All stock minus a DSC V3 controller, clear side markers, and a blend mount V1 attachment.
Minimal options with an MSRP of 110,300. 2019, 7 speed, Carrera T interior with silver stitched 4 ways, glass roof, fire extinguisher, Bose, multi function leather steering wheel. That's about it. Paint is good, no dings, no accidents. No protective film on the car at all. Located in Fairfield county. I'm posting this here as opposed to in the marketplace because I'm not entirely sure about letting this go and just wanted to put the word out. I'd be shooting for around 95k, but for an easy transaction and good home i would likely accept less.
