It’s at a small independent dealer (so take with a grain of salt) but seems to be a good price for a manual T with T interior (no vin listed so can’t see other options). $89.9k
Funny to see there are only 3 manual Carrera T’s nationwide on car gurus and all are black. The manuals are proving to be a rarity in the for sale ads. Which is inverse of the actual production numbers![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Funny enough I have a black manual I was thinking of selling. Not because I don't love the car. 4500 miles. Stock other than DSC. 2019. Lower Fairfield county. If I decide to do it I will list in classifieds. I know a lot of people don't care for black but i love black 911's. Minimal options (but it does have a glass roof), MSRP 110k.

I find myself at a crossroads, I love my T but the market is high. I find it tough to veer to another brand after owning Porsche, but the 911's price has inflated significantly. Currently on the fence with a GT4 order. I worry I'll regret it. You could probably list yours for sticker and still be the cheapest manual T for sale anywhere.
Edit: Looking at your sig, it HAS to be a 2020 911 I guess.

You're probably right, and my wife and other Porsche people think I'm crazy. The non-Porsche people I've asked say "go for it, a brand new Porsche for no extra money" - but I am leaning towards keeping it. The rarity of the T and lack of huge wing is probably the deciding factor for me. Though, a shark blue GT4 I'm sure would be fun, I just would hate scraping everywhere as I heard the 718's are pretty bad for approach angle.

GT4 will be a better driving car, but it doesn't matter. i went from a 981 GTS to a T and there's A LOT I miss about the Cayman, but the 911 driving experience is so unique and there's always cayman inferiority complex. I'd happily own another GT4/Cayman/Boxster as a second car, not as an only car.

I own a 2019 T. I recently drove a 2021 Boxster GTS and 2021 GT4 back to back, walked in and ordered a Spyder. I am keeping the T, the Spyder will be the stablemate. If I had to choose between the T, the GTS variants, and the GT4/Spyder, it'd be the T all day every day. That being said, the 718 platform is a blast in its own right, and optioned out, my GTS build was going to be $98k, my Spyder was $108k. IMO $10k well spent for a more visceral experience and a something a bit more special. Please feel free to PM me, Id be happy to share my experience in more detail. You can order one heck of a GT4 or Spyder in your $120k budget, and while you may not be part of the 911 heritage, you'd be part of the GT family. ![ducking](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/icon107.gif)

i notice there are some discrepancies on the 0-60mph times. Porsche says 4.3sec. Car and Driver says 3.7. Not that ill ever do that but why is there such a difference?
cant wait for the delivery.

My understanding is Porsche times are always conservative. Under promise and over deliver!

I'm sure the GT4 would be a fun car. I'm really tall (6'5) and feel like I don't fit as well in Cayman's. I'm also a die hard rear engine guy in terms of how 911's behave in the turns. I love having to coax the car into a turn via trail braking, and then going whole hog at the apex. Few if any cars feel the same, to me. If my 911 trend continued it would be a 2022 GT3 next, but I've been having some issues which have prevented me from enjoying my cars as of late. It's the main reason I'm considering selling the T. And yes, when I saw the for sale listings it occurred to me that I could likely list mine as the lowest price manual, which is cool. I would likely ask under MSRP. I'm anti protective film, so the paint is naked. I haven't given it a close examination recently, but there are probably a few slight marks. Car is in very good condition though. No track days. Factory oil came out at 600 miles, and just did another oil change and brake fluid change.

Not sure if anyone is following this, but there's a T on Bring a Trailer right now. This will go for all the money and drive prices up even higher (it's a high $ spec, but not perfect): https://bringatrailer.com/listing/20...1-carrera-t-2/
Might be prudent to wait a few more days to list your T until after this auction closes.

I do like the spyder and wish they had the ducktail option for a GT4 touring as that would be the one I would get. I just don't really want a soft top, I love the look but have had bad experiences in the past.
I think what it comes down to for me is, will I like the naturally aspirated engine and GT bits enough to forgive the wing and that it's not a 911? Now if my T had sofa, and a more vibrant color maybe I wouldn't even be having this conversation.
I love the idea of speccing one from scratch and would do some special stuff like blue stitching possibly.
Curious if any other T owners have experience going to or coming from a GT4?
