I saw your listed and you acted quick! Congrats, it looks awesome! Mine did not show up on all the popular car sites as it was pending arrival and I was able to snag it before it made it to all the big sites. 2019, 2600 miles on the odometer. Couldn’t be happier!

WOW, I'm relieved I found the car ,and for you and yours too. Seems like the market has really heated up - prices climbing , and any Manual T's spec'd nicely are GONE fast . We can now relax and Enjoy

Hi, this is my car. It’s lowered on Techart Springs along with 10mm front spacers and 5mm rear spacers. I believe the springs lower it about 15mm over stock Spasm.

I don’t have too many pics but here’s a few more showing the drop and spacers.

My T has been destroyed! Uggh, painful to see this. I sold the car right before Covid and it was transferred to Florida. Somebody wrapped it in blue and appears to have been flooded or damaged underbody. It was a good spec too, such a shame.

Finished installing my P1Designs LWB seat inserts. I had put off the passenger side until I had enough time to make sure I got the factory bottom cushion out without breaking the clips in the seat tub. These and the TPC recline brackets have totally transformed the comfort of the seats.

I love those inserts. I am thinking of doing Pepita inserts on my GT Silver car with the gray T interior package. I do need to look into the brackets too.

Did you opt for the lumbar support or memory foam option?

i did the memory foam, and Kim graduated it for me, based on what I felt with the stock cushions after the recline brackets, i.e. a little heavy on thigh pressure at forward edge. We settled on 3/4” memory foam across entire back, 3/4” in rear of bottom cushion and 1/2” in front of bottom cushion. No lumbar option for me; totally unnecessary for my car/comfort, based on how these turned about per above. Of course, YMMV.

Another question, I see you used the TPC seat brackets, did you have to remove the seats to install? I am debating getting TPC or the TAG versions, I know the TAG version can be installed without seat removal (at least John from LHT Performance did it without removal).

Yes, TPC, and yes, I took the seats out. It’s not difficult, and I’d do it again, as the mechanism TPC brackets use to raise the seat appeared to me more robust than the other alternatives. See the thread in 991 GT3 re: the TPC brackets for more detail, and feel free to PM me if you decide to undertake it and get stuck anywhere. I feel like I could do it in my sleep now.
