Measured the TS and garage up for a 2 post lift. Chose this one for the wide drive-thru option...

I know, I couldn't plug it so had it flat bed to the dealer. Who knows what I ran over in LA freeway but it must have been something big, sharp, and round. It was really scary when I lost air all of sudden and I thought the rim would be damaged along with the tire but surprisingly there was nothing on the rim, not even a scratch.

A similar thing happened to me in the spring, albeit in my 996tt; I was coming down #3 into Hope BC and I hit a depression in the road at highways speed(s) and had a catastrophic failure on my right rear. I was quick enough to be able to get on the brakes in a couple of hundred feet and pull over, but that did not decrease the pucker factor...

I saved the rim too.

Been trying to figure it out: CL?

I know I'm going to feel stupid when you define it...

Gotcha! No, this happened on my 996tt, so I was very grateful not to have to deal with the CLs! I also had a collapsible spare which limited me to 50mph, but didn't require a flatdeack....

Is that the bypass pipe thing? I am very curious as to how you think it sounds, loud, just right...?

Substitutes tubes for the standard muffler between the stock cats and exhaust tips. Plenty of info. out there including videos. Loud to my 74 year-old ears upon cold garage startup but just right when warmed up.

Very nice, thank you Sir - I am thinking this is the way to go - I cut the mufflers off of my M5 and was very happy with the result, I was worried that because the exhaust is considerably shorter on the 991, that it would be very loud.

I also have the Sharkwerks exhaust on my 2019 Turbo S. Louder than stock, but not too loud. Just right for me.

Finally got a chance to get the Expel clear bra fixed, but more importantly, had a chance to get it out on the highway (and some highway ramps...) And put the new springs through their paces. A bit.

Most notably, I find when you load the car up in a bend, it feels more planted - which I like. I also noted that from a stop, when you mat the pedal, it doesn't feel so squirmy coming off the line and hooking up, again more planted.

This may in fact have a little something to do with the winters that are on it, so I'll have to wait for the spring to really tell with the 4s', but of now, a marked improvement over the stock springs.
