Ya I agree it would do fine to excellent in the winter...it's just the bull**** gravel, sand and now Sodium solution...my winter beater below will have to suffice

I only have about 10kms on it, but I must say the addition of the Techarts have provided a much more compliant ride than I was expecting - I took it to the rail crossings near the office and went over them at 40-50kmh and I found it somewhat more grounded than with the stock springs.

The addition of the BMC filter seems to have evoked a little more intake snort, and when I have a chance to run it a little longer, I may have some additional notes.

To answer the question am I happy with the Techarts? Absolutely recommended, both for stance and ride.

I have the escort built in unit. The last gen.

My laser defense has never gone off/alerted. I guess it works well. lol

I haven't seen a laser yet - it would appear VPD has stopped setting up speed traps in the city - nothing on the highway either... Yet.
