Same problem... worth bringing to the negotiating table if you're buying, worth forgetting about if you're selling. Just the cookie crumbling, all negotiating points.

Now, the .2 coming out might be different.
But I doubt it.
The shiny new toy is out, so why not throw what you can...at the end of the day cars will trade in the market for what the market will take.
No one gives a rats *** about Renn list panic attackers.
My .02.
PS - Not selling .1GT3 so don't care.

Just ignore or kill with love.
We need to send him to Bronson school of class. Or even better if he goes back to Lambo excotic forum.

Thanks.
Troll is someone hanging out in a thread he doesn't own or like. Do you have a 991? No?
You are a funny--997 guys. The best.

Backtrack!! Ok.. back to love and joy amongst friends. I was just saying that the .1 is not that different from a .2, and to upgrade, if you're not looking for a manual, doesn't make sense in view of price difference. HOWEVER!... the flip side is that it's a great time to buy a .1 as they will take a dip compared to before the .2 Introduction. Hardly contentious statements I hope. Peace. :

I agree, not worth upgrade IMHO (minus the manual need).
All good, all good.
Porsche love, peace, happiness.
Cheers

I go have a few drinks and every thread blows up with the same argument. I need to have more drinks...
A new GT car is out. It sounds like pure undistilled motorsports anger. Whatever awesome GT car we own right now this new car should be something to celebrate... Time to celebrate!

Compare the 991.2 GT3 reviews to the 991.1 reviews. They sound shockingly similar. No, I haven't read every page of this thread--so if this has been noted already, I apologize.
Yes, I do still own my 991.1 GT3. Is the new one better? I'm sure it is! If the latest one isn't better, why would Porsche be in business?!
For those with 991.2 GT3s on order--it will kick ***. For those, like me, with a 991.1 GT3--this car was and still will be...WAY beyond our capabilities as drivers.

The great thing about Porsche GT cars is you don't have to have the latest and greatest. They're all designed to strike a chord with people who love driving. All amazing cars.
While we all have our own preferences, driving styles, and levels of driving skill, the core products are designed to appeal to people who love driving for the sake of driving. And that's a dying breed. Whatever GT car you have (or want) it says something good about you in my book. Something very good. We have more in common that we have to divide us.
OK, back to drinking...

I don't know why but neither of the colours (except white and black) are represented well in any measure on the Internet. Videos nor pictures.
You can only visit local dealers to make sure you have made a good choice.

I think Porsche stiffed us on the colors available for the .2GT3. The metallic colors are uninteresting at best and the interior selections are vapid. I decided today to just go with the GR and red leather trim interior. Of the combinations offered this configuration looks the best. Maybe that is why the decided to show the car in those colors.
