This thread is a little bit funny to me. With all the hate against people paying over MSRP, those who do... won't show up on this board. Without them saying anything, no one really knows the true data.

Add to that there is a process on getting on this list which often requires buying and selling cars through the dealer of interest, which then allows you to get MSRP cars. Either way, you pay the dealership somehow.

I'm not saying that's right. I'm saying that's the reality. This isn't the boy scouts. You can wait around for MSRP But if you want one now and need the instant gratification, prepare to pay over. It's simple. There's no way to get around that.

I watched the Sales Manager put the manual build in the system first hand and it spit out v200 build date.

Cant wait!!!
Congrats guys, love hearing good news like this and knowing that there are still good guy dealers out there who take care of their customers with GT cars at MSRP. You guys should be thankful to have great dealers like that.

I don't think Brembo make the 410mm front and 390mm rear rotors that are required with the yellow PCCB calipers...

Would like to add I'm paying MSRP. I have a great dealer who has been loyal to me. Were unable to get me an allocation for an RS but they came through at MSRP for my next GT car.

They do. My buddy swapped out the rotors on hi's 16 991RS.

I'll get part numbers and post DIY when I do the swap.

The next round of allocations will go to non-918 owners and non-VVIPs. I paid over for my RS and I'm not doing it with the GT3, I will wait. Just say NO to ADMs guys!
Totally agree even that i have to wait.
no worries for me ....2018 will be a better model

typically in the past it's been a 2 year run. The .1 was a bit odd due to the stop sale. I would bet they go back to the 2 year cycle.

There are no 2017 model year cars. 2018 for cars built this year.
