Yup 9/3 is the new earliest build for MT now. (its changed as shown in the pic below posted by other Perimeter. It states that the date is different than dates previously communicated).

Since your build date was close, the system just automatically pushed it back. Please also note, as per Porsche fashion, it is prone to further delay, so this date may change in the near future, but don't worry if they accepted your built at V200, then you're good, worse case is they will further push back your build date from the factory side, but at least they wont refuse the order. If you didn't change the order for a few weeks and they moved it further back, they might not accept it.

As I have reported elsewhere, I have had my allocation for months with a confirmed delivery in July.

Today, I got three nice surprises from my dealer.

Firstly, an exclusive invitation for confirmed new GT3 customers to attend a viewing of the car with Jacky Ickx on May 4th.

Secondly, a surprise box (see photos) and thirdly, a chrome GT3 (see photos).

I think I have the best sales rep in the Porsche world! He does such a great job.

Nice, congrats Nick....Porsche of SD? I'm going in there to drop off my GT4 for major service and trying out a Macan loaner.

Congrats to you guys.

I got a sore knee today, so although I'm pretty pumped about that, I'll bet you guys are happier.

Anyone from the Philly area have a different experience with PoTML or Porsche of Conshohocken?
Both of the dealers wouldn't even keep a slot
Back September of 2016
Porsche dealers in our area are not very accomadating .
Thompson Porsche know sloane wants over sticker.

A question for you guys as a potential future GT buyer. We're moving from the Midwest back to the Philadelphia area. Would it be better for us to establish a relationship with a local dealer in Philly (say, Porsche of the Main Line) or stick with buying future cars from the dealer we currently have here in the Midwest to maximize the chance of picking up a GT car at ~ MSRP?

Stick with the dealer you have a relationship with. Starting from scratch with another dealer puts you in the rear of the line. That said, selling to you out of state and not servicing your car could be a problem.

Did you pay over MSRP?
