The higher definition pics are a little better but yes, not as clean as .1. But that mug will be associated with more power and better performance. For many owners, that will be a plus. Also there are no creases in the hood or roof (so I assume not the same magnesium roof as R and GT3 RS). Wonder how much of the light weight parts of those cars are integrated here, if any.

Lord. Please let it be. Manual. Single fly wheel. 4.0L.

I don't want anything else. I don't want world peace or end to world hunger.

Yes, most important picture has yet to be shown. One with little to no camo, and a gear lever of the manual sorts.

My money is on an LA debut. Actually, these latest photos are the debut; clearly in finished form except for minor trim and Porsche emblem. I don't see 4-5 months passing before a formal announcement. Besides, it makes sense that the LA Experience Center opening corresponds with the debut of a track-worthy product.

LA makes a lot of sense but depends if
whatever .2 RS
presentation is needed
to homologate the new RSR in time for the
2017 race seasons

if RSR hasn t major engine specs changes
then the engine
location moving itself is perfectly suitable
with current
FIA rules without any new RS
(being .1RS produced over 2500 units)

I plan on going there and would hate missing whatever Porsche will unveil there...

.2 GT3 could be shown at the LA Auto Show in November. Porsche has 3 debuts planned for the show.

I think .2 GTS are more probable than GT3 to debut in LA Auto Show.

No way they will introduce the 991.2 GTS; the 991.2 just came out. The 991.1 was out for 2 odd years before the released the GTS version. Although, the 991.1 GTS was introduced at the LA Autoshow.........
