You got it! - "Happy New Year" is what the Graffiti says! And 2022 is going to be a good one!
As regards that damn bus... It will not be making the cut for the new building... A 23 window VW Samba Safari will... Edit: The bus will be in there when I'm desperate for attention!
The dudes pumping the two feet of recycled cellulose have had a go of it! Two big chopper/pumpers have stopped working and have been replaced with smaller (but available) units. That slows things down and we anticipate finishing the insulation today. A truckload of sheetrock arrived yesterday and was unloaded in the building to warm up and get acclimated for the next "attack of the sheet rockers".
My very humble garage. Need to work on it already... 2 Inferno Orange Carbon Edition Z06s and a 30k mile GSX 5spd. You guys know the silver one. Need to sell stock carbon if you know anyone.
Just returned from Scottsdale where we picked up a gorgeous 1950 Chevrolet pickup truck to add some more obscurium to the place...
Did a Sunday walk-through and there was a guy sweeping and cleaning up piles of debris - it was dusty and I did not stay long - but so you guys don't think I've "Ghosted" you...
The county surprised us with the requirement to have a "Fire Room"! WTF? So the mezzanine had 800 sq ft walled off and double drywalled and fire caulked. Really? These code enforcement guys are out of hand with their "after approval changes"... I'll stop my rant.... Grrrrrrrrrrr is my attitude toward them at the moment... Back to positive...
My wife was the one that wanted the truck: Gotta love a woman that wants a cool old truck instead of a diamond or some other such bauble... She plays golf and likes big boats too!

Looking like progress is happening..... Even in that snowy environment!!!!
Congrats!!!
OT: Pro Render of the Apache. quick and Dirty PS of the 66 RS Goodness - note the cab in background!
That 3100 is GORGEOUS!!!! I will admit to being a truck person myself - but i like 'em not as stock......
I have just sold my last (incomplete) build - a rare Big Window 59 GMC: Render below - but have just purchased a 66 C10 with a few goodies (Roadster Shop full Chassis, LSA, 16" Willwoods etc etc.)
Build slot coming March.....
I am a long way from parking a nice car in here...
First coat of mud and some parts still wet and drying. Application of mud looks like it may require sanding/scraping between coats. The tape is not smoothly embedded. Maybe this is the First Coat Crew. And no weather stripping on OH doors. Field report filed. Carry on.
Note
For a garage of that size you can do a first coat of Easy Sand (setting type as opposed to Drying type) and a single finish coat of mud. But the crew needs good hand skilz.
Coming along. 12’ ceilings. High track doors. LiftMaster side lifts.
Lift will go where the R8 is sitting in the single bay. 3RS will go on top. Have 220v there for lift. And compressor will go under the staircase. Nice and clean.
Double bay for DDs. Both bays have a 220v outlet on each side for future PHEV or PEV.
Cabinets going in now. Should have it all done by May.
