Lighting/walls done. Bought a Saleen too as a little toy to throw in the mix. Need to get cabinets and flooring done next. Driveway pavers coming in 2 weeks
and the garage away from home that I keep my car at here and there with my friend.
Interesting. If it's who it must be, I'm kind of surprised. I thought this was a forever car for him.
I can imagine there's only one other yellow CGT in the DFW, so it's probably who you think it is.
I don't understand anyone who would ever sell that car other than for financial considerations.
I will be honest with you, that 6 car garage looks awfully tight. With one door opening only, realistically you will only have access to two cars at a time (with 5 cars) without needing to maneuver your cars around. With 6 cars, you would only have access to 1 car. I would suggest trying to have second door opening to give yourself more flexibility. With the way it currently sits, you will have a hard time parking the car in the inside spot (eg. the spot occupied by the Mercedes SLK in your drawings) and this would prevent you from installing any nice cabinets and other garage arts.
Got some renderings from the architect. Sliding glass door opens up plenty - more than the width of two garage doors. Its what we can squeeze into the space. The entire space is air conditioned here and my office is in the loft above the garage. The cars I did not choose for the rendering but I think my architect must be on Rennlist or a secret Porsche lover.
