Nice looking space Ed.
I've got a similar ceiling height and the PO installed simple 4 ft fluorescent lights which obviously work but aren't ideal. Curious as to the LED lights you've used...I'm on the hunt for these type of lights to improve the general brightness and of course longevity...

I consulted with a lighting specialist to ensure I got about 100ish footcandles of light in the space. For reference, operating rooms are 100-200 foot candles, I believe office spaces are 20-30.
I settled on the Linmore Labs High Bay LED lights. All 12 fixtures were calculated to provide 110 footcandles of light with,14477 lumens, 5000K. I was originally going to get a Saylite fixture, but they weren't the most 'aesthetically pleasing'. I haven't seen how well they illuminate at night yet. Will try to get to the site sometime this weekend after it gets dark see how well they work. Here's a link: https://linmoreled.com/support/High-...e-High-Bay.pdf

Hey Tage
Thanks. Still hoping I can get the porcelain tiles done, but at this point, I'm not sure. Still haven't found someone I can trust with tile installation in this environment (i.e. garage, potential for submersion in water due to flooding).

If you get tile make sure it's got some serious texture. I have tile in my garage and when it gets wet it's pretty slick.
