Nothing like most of the garages here, but I'm happy. New floor coating this week. I think they like it!

Kama,

What is your garage ceiling height, and what is the subsequent "walk under" clear height for the lift when you have it up with the GT3 on it? Is the lift height max'd out in that picture?

Thanks!

Ceiling is 12'. Walk under in that pic is slightly over 6'. Lift not maxed out in pic so probably another ~2' to go.

Kama: Any wobbling, swaying or sagging with a car on the lift? Do you have to tighten up the bolts every now and then?

No movement once the car is on and lift raised but if you hang on the runway with your body weight it does give some. I've only had the lift 2 years and all bolts are tight. I'm thinking about an oil change, however, as a precautionary measure. It's probably gets used 10 times a month maximum so it may be overkill for that...

Lights and mini-split are in. Needs a few more coats of paint, some doors, flooring, lift, and cabinets.

I finally got my Amish built butcher block tops put on my work benches. Here’s a few recent pictures

A sign I built:

That's going to be a nice set up. I see you have the obligatory Houston water passages in your walls. I hope your property is high enough that you won't ever have to worry about them coming into use!
