The only reason for the sale is I have purchased a TTS which fits my two kiddos. I know I will regret this, but, such is life!

Paging @Fang911 in case he wants to buy his car back (I will text you too my friend!).
Hell of a build on this one. Had I not just bought one last week I certainly would have been all over this.

Thanks guys. Lots of interest overnight, and yes I imagine it will go fast as well. So sad to see it go, but looking forward to someone else enjoying it. It is truly a top spec chalk car!

Ticks most of the boxes for me, do the miles and minor accident history support something in the $17x range?

This one was just posted on rennlist last week I think. Had it up for $181xxx. Sold the same day it was put up or the day after. Lot of track usage (but hey, it's a GT3!) and well maintained.

Per the last owner it may also need it's PPF replaced.

What’s everyone’s opinion on this .1 3RS?

My sight has been set on a .2 for all the functional advantages that come with the .2, but this black on black .1 beauty is one of those specs that made my heart skip a beat.

I looked at this one and its been for sale for a while so I am sure there is room for negotiation. If it had the carbon ceramic brakes I would have considered buying it.

amazing car for sure. But my thought process is simple, you can buy a 992 GT3 with 4 years warranty, maybe 5-6 with CPO for about $220-230k, so I could never justify paying this much for an 8 year old car. Just my 2 cents worth

Have you driven both? The .1 and .2 RS feels VERY different then 992 GT3 when I drove them. Perhaps a 992 GT3 with some exhaust mods would feel different? It was a bit too refined and not raw enough (short test drive though)

Been there many times. Their GT cars are typically heavily reconditioned and not very clean as well as overpriced for the condition/options.

I would never purchase the inferior valve train GT3 that only survived a half cycle before being completely redesigned. Reduced engine RPM and DLC/oiling band aids aside, it's still an inferior and compromised head design. Hard pass.
