GT3 to car market is like treasury bonds to financial markets. I strongly disagree with the notion that one must be actively seeking to buy a GT3 to follow the market.
Otherwise you might be out of touch and end up paying over (like you did Manifold by paying $20k over for a tracked high mileage 991RS).

With thousands of argumentative posts on this forum—and presumably forums dedicated to the ZR1, Huracan, 720S, 765LT, and C8 Z06 too—it's no wonder he doesn't have time to buy one and drive it...

Price notwithstanding, I think the ST is very cool
RS Motor, ~3000 lbs, lightweight flywheel and Magnesium wheels. I bet the thing is a blast to drive.
I don’t like the bacon strips and I think RWS delete is a mistake.

It's a step backward if you ask me. It's a GT3 with Touring package, sans RWS. So it sits between a GTS and GT3? Porsche is starting to cannibalize what makes the GT cars special—the motor. The engine from the 991.2 series of cars and now the 992.1 series is fantastic. And Porsche is throwing it into every new model apparently. 991.2 GT3, 991.2 GT3RS, 992 GT3, 992 GT3RS, new GT4RS, and now the ST. That's SIX cars with the same engine. And honestly, now that I don't have a dog in the fight, I think the 991.2 GT3RS is the best of all of 'em.

With the 911 ST being reintroduced to the 911 lineup and the announcement suggesting no Rear Wheel Steering (RWS)... Perhaps even a mention of feeling more 'analog'? I'm curious, has anyone 'disabled' the RWS on their 991 or 992 911... and if so, what does it 'feel' like. My hypothesis would be that the vehicle 'feels' larger/bigger/longer and/or more analog? I thought Porsche introduced the RWS as the 911 grew in size past the 997 and the RWS helped to make the vehicle feel a bit more nimble in corners... perhaps I am off base.
