Wow. Are these non pts tourings selling for above MSRP with a few thousand miles? How about those with 10k miles? Or are these sellers not getting their asks? Market seems really strong

Not sure about your specific question as the touring isn't something I watch, but the market is really strong for just about everything right now.
I am glad you find it funny! If it were me looking at purchasing this car, the fact that the guy has a radar detector in a car with so few miles would make we wonder if a proper break-in was done on the car. I followed the break-in as per AP for my Touring. The world needs more laughter these days. If I was able to provide you with a moment of comic relief, that is great! I have a radar detector and laser jammer in my car as well, by the way, but I also still own my car. What are the chances the first owner did not redline the car at least once - and perhaps many times - before putting it on the market? Some would say the break-in period is unnecessary anyway. That is their opinion - perhaps yours? - and that is fine, but there would be red flags waving for me. Fortunately, I already have a Touring that I spec'd myself, so I can just read these forums and provide comic relief on occasion.

All of the things you mentioned would apply to ANY pre-owned car (and particularly so for the GT cars). Radar detector, jammer, GPS etc. makes no difference if the owner is abusing the vehicle or not.
If you are so particular about redlines, overrevs etc and having the plastic wrap still on a vehicle, clearly you will only purchase brand new automobiles which is great. Then there is the chance that the dealership redlined it for the 1 mile before they delivered it to you? LOL....

If I were in the GT pre-owned market, I would be concerned about red lining a car that has not been broken in as per Porsche's and AP's recommendation. I have bought a grand total of zero "used" cars in my life. I enjoy reading this thread because I like to see what is out there, not because I am interested in buying these vehicles.

Nothing wrong with that. Keep spec'ing beautiful GT cars and I'll keep saving money and buying them when the hit the used market. 👍🏻 I always appreciate the previous owners great taste when I buy my cars. 🍻
Wow - almost $20k over asking for that GT Silver Touring. The radar detector makes me wonder how fast the first owner was driving the car and I wonder if a break-in protocol was followed? If so, the car was only redlined for the last couple hundred miles or so. Things that make you go hmmm...
Yea I would never buy a Porsche if it’s possible the previous owner drove the car fast. Huge red flag....

Drive the car fast?
Heck, with a radar detector I'm guessing the car actually saw the light of day and ambient air temps. HUGE HUGE red flag. Like "just walk away red flag"
