What's wrong with that "build" - I actually like it. Arguably its lacking buckets and i dont love the red stripe on the rims - but apart from that, its pretty nice (and I would be OK with non-buckets for a more street oriented car)..

Here's a bit of a stripper spec with a few miles. Guards red, 16k miles, CPO. Listed for $163k. Feels like a "value" get if there is such a thing at this price point.

Guards Red with silver headlights and silver wheels. My cup of tea.

I have been following about 30 991.2 GT3 MT, on Autotrader for about a month now, the asking prices are well above MSRP, but several have had price reductions and none have had price increases….. Also inventory is net increasing between the sold ones and new offerings
These are the facts, not opinions…..

How’s your inquiry on this one progressing? Sounds like a well optioned car at that MSRP.
Is it a one owner car CPO with all the services up to date? Is this the exact spec you want?
I find it’s easier to nail down a price point once you find exactly what you want. Helps separate similar cars. Otherwise any white GT3 could be in play.

I’d say 20-30 under msrp is market and where it will hit. Less if he goes for a trade in
175-185 for a pdk 991.2 gt3 is fairly normal and where a lot are asking atm

i would agree if it was a lower sticker.
the porker builds usually do worse and worse as they age. But the 65k in options don’t matter for most shopping. And if they do…instead of 65k, they’re worth maybe 20k at best today.
AND not a pdk. That alone hits 20k. If it was a manual I think 195-205 would be possible

You may be right about .2 base pdk at the moment. Current .2 RS range seems to be 220-240. Could probably get a good one for <220 with a negotiable seller, lower mileage and ideal specs, Weissach will be >240 unless seller is desperate.
No savvy buyer cares about painted vents and 2016 premium bose, fluff msrp. The options driving any "added" value now and long-term are buckets, fal, carbon ceramic (but again, increasingly also a buyer liability), pts, (edit: and cpo). Combine any/all of these with lower mileage, maintenance, and you can attract something above the going rate, which could be above or below MSRP, doesn't matter. Missing any/all of these and the car will likely fall below the going rate, but potentially still above MSRP... doesn't matter.
