Have a lead on a potentially available 2018 PTS Mexico Blue. ~10K miles. Ext tank. Buckets. FAL. No PCCB. Full PPF. What’s the private party value for a sale to get it moved? $205?
Sometimes BAT prices don't go as high as expected, so dealers will try and resell for profit. I was looking at an example PTS Mexico Blue that sold for ~$200k on BAT, then the dealer resold for more

Dealers can offer financing and CPO which appeals to more buyers as well.
Sounds about right for a PTS especially in a popular/desirable color such as Mexico Blue. Missing PCCB may detract a bit, but it's also low mileage, so maybe a wash. I'd say 200-205k.

10k miles and 25k over sticker? I dunno about that. If I was in the market - and it had ceramics - I'd pay 190-200, maybe. It looks like a stripper spec.

205 sounds right, probably halfway between your optimum and his. Wouldn't lose sleep over a couple % within the range. if you end up paying 207, so what.
Side note, red calipers on this type of blue is underrated, better looking than the yellow pccb, imo.

I'd say maybe a touch below $200k; at the >$200k price point, it seems people become more picky about having all of the desired options. If you were selling into a stable market, I'd say you could list at $205k and wait around for someone which may be a long time. But it's a declining market so the longer you sit, the lower 'market' price will be.
^ agreed. i think $185K-$190K is more realistic for that mexico blue car. 991.2 GT3RSs are dipping into the low $200K range now with that mileage so paying any more for a GT3 only makes sense if you have to have that color.
