Ask for Casey and please let him know that Karl sent you.

Good luck
Are these really back at 60k over MSRP?

Final price was 235k.. even with a lemon law branding. I was way off on what I thought it would sell for. From what I saw it did not go to a Porsche dealer.

Wow! That's strong considering the lemon branding. Probably nothing really wrong with it, but that's still a hefty price for a branded title.

That's a pretty high ask, but will probably sell +/-$340K.

Default Need some help listing my GT3

I have a 2018 GT3 GT Silver 4100 miles, manual, leather/Alcantara interior, CF buckets seats, steel brakes, black rims, carbon fiber mirrors & door trim, PPF from of the car, clearplex on the windshield, Original MSRP 168k. I have a offer of low 170s at Porsche dealer. Seems low with the current market. Maybe I’m wrong. I have it listed on Rennlist for $185k.

Your ask seems to be in the sweet spot. Unless you can get that dealer to promise you an allocation for another car at MSRP I’d make them pay for the car.
If you’re willing to let it go to the dealer at 170, maybe make the same offer available to an enthusiast for a week or two before you go with the dealer. Just a thought obviously as I have no financial interest.

Sounds about right. They buy at that, flip for 190K+ and slowly work down. There’s also a lot more 911/GT3 cars available now.

2019 GT3RS Chalk 6,879 Miles, WP, PCCBs, FALS. PDLS, LWBS, $265K. FYI The pictures of the odometer in the ad used for this car showed 29 miles. So these pictures may not represent the current car and or current condition of this car.

Thanks...loved everything about her / him / it over the last 15 months. Only selling to try something else and also coming to realize I don't enjoy driving a manual like in years (decades haha) past in addition to limited garage space and spousal tolerance. Its the classic case of "It's not you honey, it's me".

Meeting the buyer / fellow Rennlister tomorrow. He's been a pleasure to deal with and I'm happy the car is going to a good home!

Hi 👋 - it’s me, the extremely happy/lucky/grateful new owner of your gorgeous GT3. It was so nice meeting you over the weekend. I’m honored to care for this car on the next leg of it’s journey.

My first car was an 84’ 944, which sparked my love affair for the brand. I remember very long nights in the garage learning how to change timing belts on the interference engine. I dreamt about owning 911’s for decades. It’s an absolute dream come true to ‘graduate’ to the perfect spec (IMO!) GT3 in the garage 17 years later. It’s great that the car is staying in the Rennlist family - and I will be texting you plenty of updates!

Thank you again for such a smooth transaction - it’s been an awesome experience all around 🙏

Agreed. Don't think they'll ultimately sell the car for more than low 180s. So they're not working in an outrageous margin.

Center caps are not on the car. Not sure if the dealer has them. Needs new rear tires, Scratches are visible on the passenger side front bumper that is through the PPF in to the plastic. Also, there is rubbing around the tow hook area in the front that damaged the paint as the PPF isn't tucked and wrapped around the panel's edges on this car, just bladed off at the panels edge. If this was applied correctly it may have served its purpose and protected the paint. Last thing I noticed was an aftermarket CF lip on the trailing edge of the wing. I checked and the exhaust is stock. Asking a premium and not getting a premium example. IMO this is a very nice car but not at this price point especially since it's lacking the Weissach Package and CF interior trim. This has the blue interior trim that subjectively i'm not a fan of.

Looks like this wannabe YouTube vlogger guy bought this car. Doesn’t seem like he knows a ton about these cars.
