That's what I was thinking as well or possibly a track day. No big deal just spoiled from looking at garage queens with this kind of mileage.

You all will enjoy this. This car was listed at the beginning of March at $128k. They hadn’t been able to move it so they dropped it to $121k ~2 weeks ago. On Monday they must have checked this thread or auto trader to see what they are going for and have now changed the price to increase it for $130k!!! I assume to try and hop on the pricing crazy train.
The kicker? This 2014 GT3 likely hasn’t been able to sell (even with low miles) because it has basically no options and if you pull the carfax it shows two accidents with structural damage (that doesn’t show up on the auto check report) plus that it has changed dealer hands like 10 times at auction since the last owner.

What is the general consensus on 991.1 GT3 values right now?
For example....'15, ~10 k miles, buckets, FAL, no leather or PCCB. Let's assume its history checks out for now.
Seems like the average list price for similar .1s with about 10k miles is $135k or so. However, it also looks like those cars are sitting on dealer lots for awhile. I can't find much in the way of public sales data to get a good feel for actual sales price (or what I should reasonably expect to pay).
Any help is appreciated.

For 991.1 buyers trying to avoid because of future unknown engine issues. Also, no manual transmission. That's why prices for those have not appreciated.

For any peasants that want a .1, local dealer just posted this Arena Red on IG... Doesn't appear to be listed on their site or listing services just yet.
