Sorry, wasn't trying to get personal, just challenging his contention that he's selling his cars within 1-2% of their crazy advertised prices, which I think is highly unlikely. That would mean they just sold that Touring for $50-70k over the asking prices of the other PTS Tourings available. Seems a little far fetched to me, but who really knows.
No worries. I’m just trying to keep this tread as vanilla as possible. It’s hard as I’m a major fan of curry and Miami Blue.

Feel free to PM me and/or call me and I will be more then happy to prove it to you and anyone second guessing those numbers with wire confirmations and purchase orders.

Just post up the bill of sale with names excluded. Like I said, there are two possible explanations for that sale. 1) You didn't get $330k for it, or 2) that other thing I mentioned.

I think that car is rare enough that posting up the particulars could be looked upon as contractural breach of privacy.

Yeah - that’s absolutely not going to happen. But I am willing to discuss over the phone if you’d like to talk.
i dont quite understand the msrp....doesnt even have PCCB how did it get to 254k? i seen a lot of 239-242k cars which appears to have more options at quick glance. Any idea?

Porsche OKC just got this 2019 GT3RS in Chalk, 2,565 Miles, 270k, WP, PCCBs, PDLS, LWBS, FALS, Yellow belts, after market exterior carbon and wheels. Note, OKC doesn’t have pictures posted yet so I grabbed them from a previous listing.

your original post is definitely wrong. in the "down market" earlier this year GT cars were all moving significantly below msrp. 991.2 GT3RSs were selling for 20-30k under msrp. in fact a good friend of mine bought his .2 RS (original 242k msrp) with 3k miles for $217k.
i will agree with you though that the margins aren't 50-60 over like everyone thinks. dealers are acquiring these cars at MSRP and sometimes higher, so they are marketing it up somewhere around 10-15%
I am a small dealer in PA and found an interesting RS that is running through auction next week in Atlanta. For sale by Porsche USA and carries a Lemon Law title branding due to "Front end concerns - left/right hand turns there is clicking/popping sound present" according to Carfax. It is a highly optioned car with a 250k MSRP. Chalk, PCCBs, deviated stitching, FAL and WP. VIN is WP0AF2A97KS165336if anyone wants to check the Carfax or build sheet. Car has 4k miles. I am very curious to see what it pulls at auction and what another dealer (not me as I don't have the capital for more than maybe 2, 991 RS cars, haha) thinks it might be worth retail.
Did this ever go through auction? Curious what the final price was.
