Prices are indeed up for everything (and mass-produced cars more than most) but think he was pretty spot on - prices for GT3s are still significantly up from pre-COVID but down from the peak a few months ago and that's because there are way more GT3s for sale now than I've ever seen (even pre-COVID). It's just general inflation that's keeping it propped up. That's going to take until 2022 to subside but hard not to see prices going down further when that happens and when 992s start hitting the road.

serious track folks swap out their PCCB for steels anyway. Most of the 3RS crew i know throw their PCCBs on the shelf in case they want to sell the RS later on. $16k for PCCB replacement is no joke.

Looks like a quick markup of nearly 40K and flip. Fellow RL'er just had this for sale a month ago in FL now it's in CA. I went down and saw the car. Entire car is wrapped in PPF. Center caps are not on the car. Not sure if the dealer has them. Needs new rear tires, Scratches are visible on the passenger side front bumper that is through the PPF in to the plastic. Also, there is rubbing around the tow hook area in the front that damaged the paint as the PPF isn't tucked and wrapped around the panel's edges on this car, just bladed off at the panels edge. If this was applied correctly it may have served its purpose and protected the paint. Last thing I noticed was an aftermarket CF lip on the trailing edge of the wing. I checked and the exhaust is stock. Asking a premium and not getting a premium example. IMO this is a very nice car but not at this price point especially since it's lacking the Weissach Package and CF interior trim. This has the blue interior trim that subjectively i'm not a fan of.

2019 3RS Miami Blue, 7,239 Miles, 260K LED's, PCCB's, FAL's.....

Non-WP car for a WP price….I’d pass especially when the similar spec and mileage NON-LIZARD WP cars are selling for less

This is what happen when dealers are out of cars to sell. Just buy from private parties and flip. There is a premium for dealer loans and safer transactions.

Dealers have to be bonded and insured so you have recourse in the case payment is made and a vehicle is not delivered, has title issues or was grossly misrepresented etc.

I doubt you would not have a problem with most enthusiast like you find on this site but there are some pretty slick crooks out there.

Great example is CNC Motors. The victims involved will likely never be made whole. Such a shame.

PTS Novato Blue Touring with 400 miles. PCCB, buckets, FAL, LED’s, full leather, and CXX. I hope you all are sitting down, asking price is $335k OBO. One of the very best Touring’s I have ever seen, but price is insane.

i have had dealers not disclose certain things on cars i bought. Once you bought it you are SOL regardless of any bond. The most famous dealer scam just happened recently.
