grandprix has a delivery mile lindgrun with asking of 270
That one was for sale about a year ago privately for MSRP ($206k). Sold to All Things Porsche who had it at $280k-$290k for about 9ish months and recently got traded to GP motors. Not the color for me, but it probably appeals to others.

Sold a few cars through Grand Prix Motors- they're wheeler dealers but also have a keen eye for desirable cars and a soft spot for Porsches. They have a nice selection of PTS GT3's right now for good money, but hey that's the wheeler dealer part... Added a couple to my list, it keeps growing!
Hope this write-up helps some. I was in the market for a GT3 and heavily looked the past 4 months --- focusing on the 991.1 and considered the 991.2's. I had it set on a nationwide search - following this thread, BAT, etc. This is what I found (including looking at alternatives):
1) 991.1 GT3's - go for around $135-150K - depending on conditions and options. Fairly tight band though. Most have FAL, sport, etc.
2) 991.2 GT3's - these go for around $180-210K - depending on conditions and options. Again - fairly tight band; but, about 30-50K more than 991.1's.
3) GTRS's - 991.1 - go for around $190-220K.
4) GTRS's - 991.2 - for for around $260-290K.
5) 2017 570s/GT's - around $160-175K.
6) 2018 570s/GT's - around $175-200K.
7) 2020 McLaren GT's - around $210K. About a $30-40K discount from MSRP.
All said and done - I decided to settle and move down to a 2015 991.1 TTS. I would love to get the GT3 - but, just cannot justify paying MSRP or higher for a 4-8 year old car, and many times - more than MSRP. Only 1 out of 10 would come with a CPO. The TTS comes with a CPO - below 24K miles, full front bra, side skirts, mirror, rear kick and rear bumper covered, burmester, two-tone interior, high flow cats, exhaust, 21" HRE rims, brand new tires, etc. So, compared to MSRP of around $200K - paying $140K seems to be more tolerable and a better value at least for me right now. Maybe I am overpaying on the TTS too. Who knows; but, in my mind is a better value proposition. Will the TTS go down a lot in price - not sure - but, I think I have a bit more utility with the TTS.
It is a compromise though - I really wanted the GT3 -- but, I don't see things improving for a 12-18 months at least. I do believe these GT3's are in a bubble. Just my opinion. So, the TTS can tide me over for a few years. The McLaren dealership told me I can expect about a 15-20K depreciation on the 570's/GT - assuming 5K miles or less. The TTS - I would have to assume probably around similar numbers; but, I think I could drive it more - probably 10K-12K/year without a mileage penalty like the McLaren.
I seriously thought about the Mclaren - but, I am a bit worried about the maintenance and reliability. I'd have to get the 2020 GT to have the 3 year warranty. Plus, being limited to 5K miles - and being penalized for driving it - seems silly (almost $2/mile they said above 5K). Again, this is just meant to tide me over for a few years and then I'll hunt for the GT3 again. So, resale/depreciation is something I factored. I have a deposit on the 992 GT3 - but, not hopeful since I am number 8 or 9 still. Dealership will only get around 3-5 allotment
Good spot. Yes I added a 992 GT3 in PTS Mexico Blue-6 speed manual of course. Tech wise its obv. a big jump forward from my 991.2 GT3. Some of the cool features are how the front axle lift records through the GPS the times you raise the nose (i.e. when approaching my home and office driveways) so there is now no need to remember each time. Thought that was a cool feature. From a driving standpoint, the clutch is a bit more smooth then the 991.2. The 992 feels a little lighter to me. Both are incredible driving cars and I am still blown away when I drive my 991.2 GT3. I will always keep a 991.2 GT3 in my collection as each time I sold one, I immediately missed it and dove back in for another. Happy and healthy new year to all!
Ryan always has amazing, clean cars. Looks like a beauty! Good luck.
I just sold my manual 991.2 GT3 and picked my almost perfect spec 997.2 GTS.
Not tracking anymore and wanted something really usable but now I’m itching for 991.2 Touring…ugh.
Hey everyone, hope all is well - just making a cross post for my 991.2 GT3 that's listed in the marketplace. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you!

Talk a little about your personal experience about the GT3/GTS debate for someone who doesn't track their car, if you please. And maybe why you are now looking at a GT3T.
Can anyone chime in on how often they've seen PTS green .2's go up for sale? Even though the darker greens (i.e. black olive, oak green metallic, brewster, underberg, etc.) have been popular PTS choices, I'd imagine seeing one go up for sale is pretty rare?
This one definitely has my interest. I'll be following this closely! Does anyone know the car? Is the owner on RL? If so, please PM me. Thanks!

That’s a loaded question my friend. I think it really comes down to your tolerance for NVH, and intended use.
I have been fortunate to own many wonderful Porsches over the years, think Im on number 8 or 9 now. Most have been GTs cars, as I was using them as weekend and track toys. Im not tracking much anymore and taking long road trips to the mountains more these days with friends so the purpose of the car has slightly changed. I also have a 12 and 7 year old, as they getting older they are wanting to be more of my “car culture”, which is awesome.
The GTS is a wonderful car, its a 997.2 manual. I love the 997 gen, especially its size and the way it looks. It’s a very “pretty” car in non GT form. My particular example is heavily optioned and I bought it to take those long trips in and use it really on a daily basis in the summer months with or without the kids(I’m located in Toronto, Canada). It does have option P17, so with the diff and the sport suspension. Drives nice, sounds OK(Sharkwerks), I can spend 8 hours in and it get out feeling great. I’m not a small guy at 6’1 and 230lbs. I have not owned a 991.1 or 991.2 GTS, so I cant speak as to how close they are to a GT3 or RS. I have owned a 991.1 C4S PDK car which was very capable, but I didn’t connect with it.
But Ive come to realize I want the full GT experience, don’t mind a harsher ride, more noise…its the experience a non GT product can’t duplicate that is making me want to sell the GTS already and get back into a 997.2 GT3 or a 991.2 Touring. The motor of a GT car is something really special, from any generation, and the GTS motor just can’t compete IMO, it feels a little dull. The WHOOSH a 997.2 GT3 makes at the top end is AMAZING. It’s just an overall more engaging experience for me, but some might now want the extra NVH. All my GT cars have had the sport buckets, but Im thinking this time around I might try the normal seats. But not a deal breaker for me.
I have owned 997.2 GT3, 991.2 GT3, 991.2 GT3 RS, GT4, plus a GTS, and C4S.
If you have anymore specific questions let me know. If it fits your budget, get the GT3 and forget the GTS unless perhaps you want to daily it.
