I guess you are right, sorry, english is not my first lenguage.

US Spec cars are being delayed in benefit of the Euro cars that need to be built and registered before september.

No need to apologize, English is my only language - if you discount the ability to order a bier in Germany and a glass of red wine in France!

I'm not sure I follow this - the GT3 shows Euro6 compliant in the tech specs for the press kit: https://presskit.porsche.de/models/e..._GT3_TD_EN.pdf

Why would they need to move cars around if they are compliant? My allocation actually got moved up.

There was an article on Total 911 Mag about 991 Carrera and Turbo derivatives no longer available to order. "Porsche has ceased production of almost all 991-Gen cars from Zuffenhausen". It was denied by Porsche but confirmed by multiple other sources, according to the magazine. Also speculated that it is being converted to accommodate hybrid technology or space to prepare larger number of GT cars. It is a nice short reading article about the directions of Porsche. They also speculated that the extra space might be used for more GT3 RSs to meet demand.

On another article on the same magazine is about the Particulate filters to be fitted to all 911s from September to conform to new Euro 6b emissions requirements. So maybe the production re-scheduling is the effect of this Particulate filters for Euro specs 911s. This is my speculations.

Yeah I'm not saying that is the cause (I haven't a clue why) all I know is that a number of North America cars that were scheduled for production in April have been pushed out due to a suspension of production in that month, I
dont know if that suspension is only for NA cars, GT cars, or all cars... clearly there appears to be some issues with production scheduling that are impacting GT3, GT2RS and GT3RS production/availabillity (e.g the Mg wheels
for the 3RS will not be immediately available since the entire capacity is consumed for 2RS orders thereof)

I don't see any delay. My car got fixed on 3/16/18 instead of planned 3/23/18. vehicle entry to body shop on 3/30/18 and completion 4/6/18. IT's 991.2 Touring.

Email from Exclusive this morning informed me if you have a PTS GT car and it is V250 or above, you should be OK. Only cars NOT FIXED have the potential of being delayed. For what it's worth.

"Only cars not fixed" or "only PTS cars not fixed"? Seems like that is the real issue here. People conflating delays with Exclusive or PTS with delays for all GT cars...

It is euro 6b compliant. Starting September Euro 6c will ne required. I don’t think the GT3 has it.
