I would bet most on this forum have a lot more in the market than what a very high ADM would be on the 991.2!!

Not anymore. Burn market burn baby. Would be good for everyone if we had a return to rational fundamentals for a change. I hope it drops like a stone.

Gent's, I am far from the boss of the cleaning ladies or even the boss of myself for that matter but in light of the Karcher news and the possibility of the next Gen GT3/RS NOT being NA I got this from a cleaning man that looks for cars for a living, GT cars. No messenger shooting please, FWIW:
------------------------------
The GT3 market is heating up and prices are starting to rise. First, PCNA announced that there will NOT be a MY2019 and GT3 production will end 12/2018. Now it appears that the 991.2 GT3 will be the last Naturally Aspirated GT3 (see link below). 3 weeks ago I had several available GT3s in the 10-15k premium range...they are all gone. Now I don't have anything available under 20k premium and the lowest price changeable build I have is 25 over. Unfortunately, I don't see anything in the next 12 months that will reverse the trend. Going forward I think the demand will overwhelm the supply and prices will continue higher.

Broker likely. I think he's dead on, but I still wouldn't give up my incoming car for $50k over.

You have to think that 1) almost confirmed news of the .2 RS being PDK only, 2) spring/warmer weather around the corner, 3) these rumors that maybe this is the last NA GT3, 4) production ending 2018 will only inevitably drive prices up higher on the .2 GT3 unfortunately (I personally don't care as much as many others on here do that it could be turbo next)
MSRP, ADMs, production estimates....all that matters at the end of the day is what is the cars value *to you* subjectively and then go for it if you can find one at that number

The database doen't show that charge. Wondering if that could have been an ED car where PAG had to R&R some stuff before sending it over. WAG

Just spoke with the SA at the dealer where I got my late .1 gt3. He is a good guy, but works for a stealer - Down Town LA Motors. They have a real stripper-- 145K msrp car, PDK. they are asking 40K over, but the word is they will give it for 20K over. Ask for Simon. And please, don't say who or where you got the number from. I got nothing in this, just passing the info.

PS: he told me they got a chalk touring coming in 178K msrp, stealer specced of course. They are asking 25k over on that car.
