jpacione you are the first I’ve heard of. Have you called PCNA with your commission number and confirmed the exact lock date, production date and delivery date?
your information will be very helpful. thanks

Just an update on PTS; my dealer said it's not going to be available for GT3 going forward, showed me a production bulletin from Porsche directly. I won't screenshot as I'm not sure he wanted public.

GT3RS-Fan1 I’m not sure we can be assured yet, like nxfedit1 I have a GT3RS that just locked, set for 12-14-18 production with a Feb delivery. I have not seen or heard of any allocations with an actual commission number showing a January build date though. There are only a couple of PTS GT3 non RS allocations that have an actual commission number and Jan build date and that doesn’t mean there will be for RS in the future but I have yet to see any evidence.

This was going to be a January build. I cut out maybe too much stuff...but you see 2019. Gave this allocation back after a long weekend of thinking about it. Next guy was very happy. Maybe I'll regret but wasn't 100% in and I didn't want to walk on a car, even though I know they'd sell it.

jpacione that is awesome, congratulations!
If you have a moment tomorrow please call PCNA (1-800-767-7243) and confirm your commission numbers exact production date.
In our database we currently have 835 confirmed .2 3RS built through 11/12/18, knowing if your build date completes 3/1/19 versus 3/31/19 will be quite telling to final production number estimates.

You mean everyone that sold significantly over MSRP? Because every new RS sitting on dealer lots with an ADM ask during the last year eventually sold at way over sticker. There might be one or two still straggling out there, but a number of the remaining recently sold for material ADMs.
Hopefully AMDs will go away in the future, but it'll be for demand side reasons, because dealers are making too much money using the ADM model. Until the economy tanks or Porsche decides to crank up production, ADMs are going to be a reality for a lot of buyers.

It's basically market that determines the prices and when do you want to lock-in on the prices. They're basing the ADMs off sales and DOM off the PNA inventory site.
Most of the cars I've seen for gt3rs at 20k over and gt2rs at 80k over. but those cars are for a lock in now and a January/Feb delivery delivery as these are usually 6 month hold car from 918 owners.
If you want it now with delivery tomorrow you're probably going to pay a higher ADM. As there was a 4k miles 2019 gt3rs at 15k over last month, probably at 10k over if you wanna negotiate.
But they're predicting that the market will trend downward on the ADM fees.

thanks for updating Jpacione. You are the first confirmed 2019 build date for a U.S. 3RS I’ve seen. Assuming Porsche builds 3RS at the same rate as they have been and through March I think we can expect to see ~1,600 total for NA.
Estimates
1425 - US
175 - Canada
600 808WP
500 909WP

After 2+ years on wait list, I got a call yesterday with an allocation for a GT3 build slot. Confirmed it will be Feb 2019 delivery and 2019 MY. No PTS option. MSRP dealer.
