    My ceiling is exactly 126", or 10' 6". I measured from the back of the garage and the front to make sure that was the lowest point. Then had to get a high lift kit for the door and a different opener, side mount. I don't have much room for error but it works great. Hope that helps.

    Jpacione - Can you do me and tell me exactly how high the ceiling is in your garage and what kind of lift you have? I have about 10'6" and looking to do a similar setup.
