Porsche of Austin has a 2018 Rhodium Silver GT3 in the showroom but did not get a price I would call the sales manager Beau R. or SA Brendan S. and get the rest of the story.

Forgive my off topic side trip . But this forum, can at times be to flippin serious

When it comes to our GT Porsches whatever the year or the variant the immortal words of Sam & Dave spring to mind:

“No more will I shop around, baby
I know I got the best thing in town, baby
I've seen all I want to see, baby
Bring your loving straight to me, now baby

Wrap it up, yeah, I'll take it
Wrap it up, I'll take it
Wrap, wrap it up, I'll take it, oowee
Wrap it up, I'll take it
Good God almighty, come on”

Love it!! Should come standard on the car's Jukebox, except Porsche would probably charge a hundred bucks for it.

I hope others continue to find their unicorns whatever that maybe, my dealer ran out of GT3, I'll find out about the rs and will update on here.
ADM doesn't come down to how much cash you have. I would rather pay $800,000 for a MSRP GT3 in SG than any amount of ADM in the US.

Agreed. NOTHING to do with how much cash I have. More the desire vs willingness to pay over MSRP and some of us, ok at least me will NEVER pay over MSRP for anything, period. Sorry that's how I am wired. $190,000 MSRP GT3 sold for $190K I would buy it. Same exact car to the VIN for $150,000 MSRP plus $40,000 ADM I would never buy it. Just me.

I think some of you are viewing the ADM all wrong. Are you saying pay only MSRP? Really?? I view MSRP and ADM differently and I feel to separate the two would be heartless and show a profound lack compassion……….it’s like a bed without a mattress, a cup without a saucer or Ronald, dare I say it, without McDonald. One additional thing you may not be aware of and now that I am a Porsche VIP* I am privy to, that is, the ADM is used to help support homeless Porsche Sales Ambassadors. In that light, gentlemen, we all have to do our part….......

*I was told from a very reliable source that I am not at liberty to disclose.

I felt that way too. And would never pay 40K over on a 150K car. However, as time went by and I was unable to find an allocation for MSRP and ADMs came down I reconsidered. Would I be willing to pay a 9% premium on a car I really wanted if I could spec it exactly as I wanted and get it with 0 miles. I decided the answer was yes especially since my sales tax was essentially zero ($500 in SC). Of course nobody wants to pay ADM. However, the philosophy of "I'll never pay ADM on principle" while fine for some folks, is too narrow a thought process in my opinion. For me it's a much more nuanced exercise in decision making. Especially since I won't be paying an additional ADM to my state.

One of the top excuses for flipping "incoming GT3RS" and I love all the comments that it should sell fast and great price. People if it was a great price it would be sold, not for sale at $30K over sticker with some suspect choices in design.

who cares if he’s flipping, it’s his car to do what he wishes. Plus, it’s been for sale for like 12 hours, give it some time.

Another GT2 RS allocation got sent to me today. $135k ADM. West coast car. One of the "cheapest" I've personally been offered so probably won't last long. PM me if you're interested and I can help out. May even get lucky and get a better price.
