Sorry, that's the power steering rack. Seen from the drivers wheel well. "Announced" by wet undertrays. HP hose leaking at the fitting .

Default Wheels aligned today

Had the long overdue wheel alignment today. There were many 'red' values but eventually everything became 'green'

Default Swapped the glass Amber turns for LED's. Woah

I've played with LED's in cars since my TTR in 2000.
I found a much better source of great products with Lasfit.
https://www.lasfit.com/pages/product...n-signal-light

swapped the glass bulbs for LED's.
They are WAY brighter.

Pics only tell part of the story and it's hard to capture them correctly. They fill the headlight openings and tail light area fully.

LED on left

The LED's are around the sides and do a great job. Fully CAN-BUS compliant

Left it in my garage but wanted to take it with me to drive in the alps in Slovenia…its going to feel underwhelming no matter what my rental is. Hoping to get a decent VW but still not the same as my Cayman S even a 2008.

all fixed just have to deal with speed balancing all 4 tires due to tremors above 80 mph if not corrected i'll just replace all 4 tires with something better than Conti Extreme

Put them on a Hunter Road Force Balance machine.
1. First look and make sure the rims are not bent
2. If the Road Force number is above 20, replace the tire, the belts inside are separating.

Piglet and I spent the day today at Circuit of the Americas. I've not driven on COTA for 2.5 years, preferring to work on skills at other, more technical tracks in Texas. So I was surprised to lower my personal best lap time by 2 seconds to a 2:31.8. I haven't done anything to make Piglet go any faster on the long straights at COTA, so the improvement is coming from better driving in the technical parts (turns 1-9, 13-18 and turn 19). Still room for improvement, which is why we keep going back :-)
