OK, here is my Christmas present to myself, 1 Intercooler and 2 oil coolers. The intercooler end-tanks are not complete, as the final engine mounting will decide the exact angle. When do engine bits stop being engine bits and start to become jewellery...

Hi Martyn
Should be a good day, hope the weather holds out!! Thought you'd have grabbed your car from Malton for the day....Or take a long test drive in Toby's
I don't think James minds me saying, but his monster won't be ready, which i'm gutted about, but not as much as he is i bet! But he'll be taking his stunning RSR for a drive out, it'll be too loud to run though!
Mine isn't right either, running pig rich since the rebuild, think it's because it was mapped with the old set up and the cam timing was miles out amongst other stuff... I'm just there for fun, have some nice new bigger turbos being built, so will deal with the map later. The next VMax will be fun
James, would love to see some close up shots of the intercooler core, density of the fins etc, and if possible a shot showing what the core looks like on the inside. Looks great BTW

What I should add is that each of those sections are hand-rolled from a flat piece of metal. The heater boxes are removable, which is nice for 2 reasons. 1. I can take them off if I want too; 2. You need to take them off to remove the headers...

Absolutely stunning....
Although i would have opted for the wastegate to vent straight out instead into the muffler, i just love the snarl at WOT with the wastegates blasting out un-muffled

The guys at BTB know their onions.
I didn't design them, a company call BTB in the UK did them. They really do look good.
@JBL, I opted to route the wastegates for noise reasons, unfortunately

Burning Brakes
Very impressive indeed. I presume the wastegates will be junked for modern blingy Tial units to match the spiffyness of the rest of the exhaust system?
