Haven’t heard much about them as far as sales or restoration. I’ve noticed a lot of their inventory sits for extremely longs periods of time. Majority of the cars they have are restored with interesting claimed history. Wonder the quality and authenticity of some of these.
Noticed the Turbo S Lightweight they have is optioned with airbags (doesn’t currently have an airbag wheel instead an Clubsport style one) and has the lower dash section that air bags cars have. On the USA Cup car they weren’t able to fit manual windows as the window winders could not clear this piece. However looks on these they cut it down a bit to allow the window winders to clear the lower part of the dash.

Right rear quarter and hood look to have been repainted. The stone guard PPF on the left rear quarter looks much older than the one on the right side. If the left one is taken off it may take off some paint. There’s a lot of grime on the underside more than I would expect from a car with only 32k miles. Wonder if the mileage is accurate or it was parked outside.

Looks like a little bit of both to me. That is the issue with such light carpeting. Looks great new but the grime couldn't be removed with all the cleaning they did. Looks like a white haired dogs behind in places. My guess is closer to 60k miles. It is missing some door plugs and has signs of a PDR repair at one point.
This one failed to sell with Broad Arrow at Amelia this year. Bid up to $1.15 million. It is based on an RS with a seam-welded chassis. Think these are cool, but for the price they are probably looking for you could get a really nice Turbo S “package” car or maybe a lightweight. Probably would rather either of those than this. Personally like the the regular 964 RS better aesthetically as don’t like as much the wheels, rear tail (particularly on a narrow body car), and the deletion of the rear center light reflector of this RUF.
I didn't follow it but the car has paintwork and I suspect it extends farther than the numbers tell. There appear to be faint tape lines in places that read lower numbers. Plugs from PDR guys that drill instead of going through openings and or windows. The exhaust and bottom don't seem to match the miles considering it had been extensively cleaned and driven for a while after the cleaning. Yet the brake fluid looks like it hasn't been changed in a long time. Interior looks almost too new for the miles albeit low per the odo. The market in general is hot or cold depending on the specific car. I also find many people are staying away rom BaT these days due to so many cars not living up to expectations once they arrive and many new sites to chose from.
Just not the right time to sell in general. Give it a few months.
Good points, @cobalt I too, worried about BaT, but started the listing for mine last fall and paid the fee so am rolling with it. I will say on the backend, BaT has been very helpful and kind to work with (aside from the abrupt scheduling, and the auction ending mid-day on a Monday). Either way, with my 964 active on BaT as we speak, I am trying to over communicate and disclose everything, even if it is annoying to some. Fingers crossed!
