My understanding is that the list of “Package” VIN’s was always an unofficial list and the term “Package Car” was never really used by Porsche. I suppose the car in question could be referred to as a “Canadian Package Car”. IMHO the cars that have just the X88 power package and some but not all of the other three X options are special but not really a true “Package Car”.
I agree personally. All 4 cars are noted as having turbo S increased power. If the 2 Canadian cars aren't really package cars than that would make only 15 package cars and 4 X88 US spec. Too me the tail is the best part although the side scoops are a nice addition. They do list the side scoops and X99 and front splitter X92 as turbo S options. So do the X88 cars come with the additional oil cooler and other features of the flachbau?

The one at Broad Arrow has some sort of aftermarket exhaust, but the black metallic car has the standard tips you would see on a normal Turbo.
No listing of anything other than the X88, X92 and X99 options. The rest of the option list are manufacturing details which are standard on most US turbos. Looks like early fabspeed on the BA car. I will report back what I see when i'm there.

I sold mine Just as Covid hit. Asked $10k thinking he would pass and said yes. I was offered considerably more months ago. Hold onto it. Like my RSR wheels prices just seem to be going up.

Maritime Blue RoW (Japanese-market) ‘91 3.3. Shows 80k km (49k miles) and they are asking $200k. Didn’t look at it in depth, but price seems kinda low. Has no stickers in the engine compartment.

Current listing:

This car was discussed in depth when RMC had it. It started off at $250k or more IIRC and they said don't low ball us we know what we have. I know someone who almost pulled the trigger. All I will say is they wanted too much back then and my understanding is it is nice but not remotely a $200k car. Unless you have to have this color I would be cautious with this one and have a thorough PPI done by a qualified 964 mechanic.

Would be nice if they would provide receipts for the top end rebuild and pics of the undercarriage especially on a RoW car.

My understanding is a full respray. Not bad but not premium dollar. Many things are missing or incorrect. Lower rockers should be black. The stickers are all missing and many other little things.

This is a huge ouch and I can't understand why they wouldn't at a min do the little things like hood struts, door pin switch covers and the rest if they are asking $200k. Clearly you can see why they walked.

Doesn’t look to be a great example. Looks to have lived a pretty tough life and the fact it has had a full respray doesn’t surprise me at all. What is going on the underneath of the front end? Looks to have been damaged and “repaired”. Also still a big gap and looks to be a dent.

Wow, At least the underside of the engine looks good. Just needs a front nose. That's only $15,000

I'd love to have that X93 spoiler with this Andial Intercooler and lightweight build. . Funny story I just replaced the worn sagging engine mounts with RS mounts, Now the intercooler is closer to the tail, not allowing me to close it. Still scratching my head, but I removed that seal. Let me know if Anthony approves it? Thanks

So this is why I shy away from most RoW cars. It is like (excuse the term) Gypsy horse trading. This car was clearly in a hard frontal impact possibly with a curb, could be worse depending on how the frunk looks. How can anyone guesstimate actual miles. They clean it up so it looks great topside with hopes nobody lifts its skirt. They should have fixed the front tub which is doable. I have seen far worse repaired to the point most experts can't tell. Then possibly it will be worth closer to $200k but not in its current condition.

The IC should fit without interference. I have pictures of an S2 intercooler installed on an S2 someplace and IIRC the seal was not an issue. My understanding is they added the larger core to the stock end tanks and built up the bottom of the tanks so the top of the IC should be at the same hight. There was a lister here many years ago IIRC L8Apex he had an S2 IC and had no fitment issues.

I love the car but I also like working on them and I have my eye on a new project which is why this is coming up. I also may go back to a track car and build one up for that purpose but I can't do it with this in the garage. I can always ask whatever I want but just trying to see if anyone knows of any that have sold recently. BaT on these cars is not very applicable as they have sold 2 964T's since the pandemic subsided.
I just sound a showroom 16,000 mile 1992 3.3 for $325,000. Just have to find the right buyer.

Default $325,000

I just sold a 1992 3.3 showroom condition, top end completed, new hoses, boots, fluids, tires. Like showroom, dry ice cleaned never saw rain. Ceramic coating and not one blemish.
