The whole build is great, but that exhaust... Interested in your feedback once up and running, especially regarding drone (or lack thereof).

I'm not very sensitive to drone.. just drop a gear :-) we'll get some video of it for sure.

With an interior, half cage, and a/c? Impressive!

Went through the same thing - I got plugs from Lowes/Home Depot in all sizes that matched the grain and color for my 84 - you may want to check there...you can also trim them to fit, or if they are a little large, trim the backside for a nice press fit and the outer dimensions will cover - hope that helps. Awesome build and no sunroof!!!!!!!!!!

I’m a little surprised. Even though back of napkin math showed this range.

We took a on a lot of unnecesssry things off. And a lot of little things.
majors were: interior sound deadening, power steering, flywheel, exhaust, sunroof, rear decklid.
Previously, it was all the suspension, shocks, brakes, wheels, battery, seats, etc
weight added: cage, kept ac, kept heat, harness stuff, secondary oil cooler.

You could do more for sure. Remove support beams, glass hood and fenders, strip wiring.
After that you cut into convenience features. Like interior, heat. Ac. Etc. heat and ac and interior would easily be 100lbs.

Thing to keep in mind everything counts. Like. Engine mounts. A few lbs vs 1 lb for wevo.

Anyway happy with result. This is essentially rs weight.

Wrapping up alignment. If you recall i removes the factory RS uprights and installed BBIs custom parts. Two reasons. Stiffness of the mounting location and additional bump correction.
The front bump movement is .014” over 1.5” of travel I would say these uprights are spot on.

That’s a serious diet and I bet it will be an incredible driving experience. So when will it be ready?
