Some comments earlier in this thread already on this car.
I would question mostly original paint based upon what I can see from the pictures. I would also be very careful with believing the PPI, I have heard some horror stories of things that were “overlooked” by the local shops in the Miami area and I’m not talking minor stuff either.

Luxsport is in NY. Please name said shops in Miami Area so others can benefit from steering clear of the negative experience.
From my experience living in Miami and Miami Beach both for service and if you're going to PPI an aircooled Porsche you enlist Foreign Affairs or Gulf Performance both in Pompano Beach, FL.
lots of porsche inventory, mostly not very good

In ca. You could get it titled most likely once registered with a clean title in another state.
To get it registerd in ca will need to work with the smog referee. Essential will need to ensure it has all the equipment a use model had at the time and get a carb id and a smog check.

For what it's worth I bought my Midnight Blue over Cashmere WB for $81k from a private seller, but judging from the retail listings I've seen online the range is anywhere from the mid $90k to $120k. I got mine because I can never resist a good deal, and I thought it was below market value at that price. Hope this helps.
