Do you know if he did any track days in it?

Did he have any issues with noise?

If so, do you know how he got around it?

Cheeksyboy, I'm looking forward to seeing and hearing your exhaust. Dont worry about Mallory Park, it's not much more than a GoKart track!
Unfortunately I'll be in my Co car...

and you're right about Mallory.

The red C2 recently sold by RPM used to belong to jamest (James).

Well, I finally made it to the RS day at Oulton. The wet weather certainly made it slippery on track as a few found out....but no one hurt as far as I know.

Managed to meet up with BU and Boxsey......once BU had got his car quieter he was allowed out to play!

Nice pic Grant. It was good to meet up. Yes was a shock to hit 109 DBs on the static noise test but why they were asking for and monitoring a 5000rpm rev limit for the test is anyone's guess. There were 964s a plenty failing in the morning.

Hats off to 9M who just happened to have their 993 rsr fail as well and he had a final silencer from his 964 RS on the shelf which he offered for use. The car didn't feel the same with the noise lower than 100 Dbs

BU, your ca sounded great in the morning, but no way was it going to pass the noise test. Glad you got it sorted.

Boxsey, where were you?

ENJOY Spa, you lot. Hope the weather is better than Oulton!

I was in garage #9 most of the time making folks tea and coffee. Went out with BU a couple of times to make sure he kept it on the black stuff which he did.

Wandered down to find you and chief at one point be you were heading out on track at the time.
