I'm off to Bedford SEN for a second attempt to exercise the 964. This time on 02/02/13 and with a standard final silencer fitted! It would be great to see anyone else hardy enough to brave the nasty winter weather there.

if all goes to plan I should be on way back from having picked my car up after having a new rear silencer made and fitted (it's just tooooooo loud), so have made note on phone and will try and drop by on way home. If I bring my helmet, any chance of a pax ride!?

Have not had time to look through the whole thread and just went back a few pages but is there any upcoming UK track day? if not I was considering doing the Brands Indy circuit on Sunday 27th Jan. Cost is just £149 for the day.
I was looking into SPA but it is too much of a cost for me this year so am looking at cheaper options closer to London..

Chaps, I've just finalized details of our now annual summer trackday at Donington Park:

Circuit configuration: National
Format: Open pitlane
Price: £295 per car (£250 with early booking discount)
Garages: £30 each (you can fit 2 cars per garage to share cost)
Passengers and second drivers: Free
Tuition: Available on day and to book in advance.

I've got plenty of vouchers to go around but you're better booking sooner rather than later because once they're all used I can't get any more.
Garages can be pre-booked at an extra cost but if you arrange to share with someone else, it's only an extra 15 quid each.
If you don't want to drive but want to come along to watch and take passenger rides, you can do so at no cost.
We'll also aim to meet up the evening before at a local hotel for beer/food/chat
Let's see if we can beat last year's fantastic turnout of 13 x 964s. Most of the cars there are likely to be Porsches like last year.
