$200k seems like a bargain somehow. There are a couple suspect things on it but 1/4 and they aren't making any more

Found this video from the New York Auto Show in 1993. One of the Fly Yellow RSA’s is pictured on the stand at 3:47. Have no idea what the girl leaning against the car is doing.

Wow that brings backs some memories. I was there and recall hating the speedster with the color matched wheels.

Never have been a huge 964 Speedster fan. Think it looks better with the widebody (only 16 of those) and still don’t love it. Looks especially strange to me with the narrow body, higher ride height, and the big hump at the back. Don’t love the color matched wheels with the red either. Think it looks good with a more neutral color like white, black, or gray. But not really with bright colors like red or yellow.

I'd be happy to take it for free! But those wheels would be put on the shelf and some nice Cup's installed...

They had the identical car for sale at the dealership my son works at. Sadly the car came with silver cups but the owner painted them red. It made for a hard sale.

Nearly $200k and 100k miles? I understand color and it having value but seriously. You can buy a US spec cup car for a little more or a well setup C2 for a little less. A real RS with some needs maybe the same as this car. You have to really love yellow. If this were low mile example I can see the high dollars but this is not collector miles. I would say they are $50k high IMO.

It's a wide range for these cars. Cheapest one on BaT in the last year was a red one with 136k miles for $126k - and most recently, a black accident history well-modded car went for $155k. $200 doesn't seem impossible. ALthough, this yellow car has one too many options, like mine

I would love an RSR the red one is quite the original example.

I do find it interesting that they are holding back on the 3.6T valuations. I guess they aren't sure after their comments about the 3.6T not being rare enough. I don't want to say anything about the cobalt blue car but I have videos and pics of the car from 20 years ago and i find it odd knowing the seller that the front hood crest is incorrect with such low miles. One of just 2 spec'd this way in the world. Although I don't have a full leather dash but I probably have one of the first exclusive CF dash handbrake and shifter ****. The white car has some ?? Almost the same vin as mine. The wheels appear to have been refinished and valve stems incorrectly aligned on some of the wheels. It appears that the etchings are missing as well but hard to see. The vin tag on the rear deck lid is in the wrong location but I am assuming it was that way from day 1.

I guess we will see what the market says about color and the model itself. Still one of the rarest std production air-cooled and the rarest turbo air-cooled made.

Did those cars have lower or higher miles?

A mix... My point was that different people value different things. 1/4 color somewhat trumps higher mileage for some while others wouldn't touch anything over 20k miles
