1994 Speedster Widebody?
Dave-- You've got mail!

P.S. Forgot to make it clear in that message: my contact can make the 964T(s) happen, if desired.

I asked a similar question back in Aug 2009, here's the thread... Decided to keep it stock.

Would love to Colin, just got to convince the wife that we need a speedster to ferry the kids about and that we aren't having any holidays for the next 5 years!!
If your sales skills are as good as your engineering, should be a piece of cake?
Wouldn't dream of doing that....Wish I owned a speedster!
Mines just a stock C4 Cab.

I wonder what the look and handling would be to put widebody fenders and track width on the front of a narrow body car. You figure it should turn out positive from a behind-the-wheel perspective considering how much Porsche has said widening the front track on the 997 RS really transformed the car.
So has it been determined if some wide bodies were made or not? i still believe they weren't and if they were done at dealerships using factory parts i would say they don't count.
Interesting how some of the photos show wide body speedsters some with narrow body suspension and some with wide body suspension.

15 cars were produced by Porsche! That was an official statement for my Porsche Speedster book from 2011.
